The insane voice laughed hysterically, “You’re right, I’m definitely not so useless Artificial Intelligence. I am your ancestor of mankind.”
Yan Fei said, “Weren’t you all completely extinct eighty thousand years ago? How can you still exist?”
The insane voice scornfully said, “Foolish descendants, it seems your Technology developnt level is very low, not even touching upon Soul research. The Human Race is far more powerful than you can imagine; our scientific research has already reached the soul level. Although our physical bodies have perished, the Human Race did not imdiately beco extinct. Our Souls have always existed here. We wait here, waiting for you to find us, to help us escape.”
Yan Fei said, puzzled, “Since you are our Ancestor, why deceive ? If you sincerely tell , I will definitely find a way to help you escape.”
The voice laughed thunderously and said, “If I say I want to possess your body, to replace you and continue living in this World, would you still be willing to help ?”
Yan Fei’s expression changed drastically, unexpectedly the other party’s goal was to possess. Then he recalled a past event, where Tripiṭaka from The United States of Arica was also possessed by an old Ghost. But at that ti, Tripiṭaka’s luck helped him to counterstrike the old Ghost and learned from the Ghost’s mory how to open the Light Portal to the Underwater Plaza and nearly obtained the small space. The old Ghost was from the Cosmic Human in the Flying Vehicle destroyed by the Ape Tribe, and he had waited in the underground cave for eighty thousand years.
Yan Fei felt a bit regretful; he had already known that Cosmic Humans would leave their Souls after death, attempting possession of others. Originally, entering here would have heightened his caution. However, upon actually entering, he seed possessed himself, easily believing the so-called Artificial Intelligence “Origin”, resulting in being deeply trapped in a crisis, in extrely dangerous territory.
Yan Fei began to secretly gather Spiritual Power, ready to drive out this possessing Human Soul in one strike, while continuing conversing with the other, intending to delay ti. He then said, “Your goal is to possess ; with the strength of your Soul, you could directly enter my mind. Why pretend to be Artificial Intelligence and converse with ?”
The insane voice, perhaps lonely for too long, turned verbose upon hearing Yan Fei’s question and said, “We are now in Soul State, although existing in this World, we can no longer exert any substantial control over the Real World. You previously stood quite far from the Brainwave Manipulator and we couldn’t complete the possession on you. So, we could only pretend to be Artificial Intelligence, tricking you to co to the Brainwave Manipulator.”
Yan Fei said, “This thing was actually called a Brainwave Manipulator, yet you tricked by saying it’s a Virtual Reality Cabin?”
The insane voice laughed eerily, “If I hadn’t said so, if you weren’t greedy for Human Race cultural inheritance, how would you have approached the Brainwave Manipulator…”
Yan Fei asked, “According to what you say, as long as I approach here it’s enough, why do you insist that I enter the Brainwave Manipulator and press that red button?”
The insane voice said, “We are now purely in Soul State, unable to compete with a native Soul like yours. We must rely on the Brainwave Transmission Device inside the Brainwave Manipulator to truly enter your brain. As for the red button you’re supposed to press, it actually adjusts the Brainwave Transmission power of the manipulator to its maximum, allowing more Soul Power to enter your brain, which would easily capture your body and achieve the most perfect fusion with it.”
Yan Fei finally understood that he nearly did an irreparable foolish act. He asked, “Since I didn’t press the red button, does it an your attempt at possession won’t succeed?”
The insane voice laughed hysterically again, “Not pressing this button ans when we possess you, it will cause irreparable damage to your body. However, it does not affect our possession result; it will just make the process a bit more complicated. What we need is rely the activity ability of your body and for you to help us press the Control Switch. After using your body, we will discard it and switch to another body for possession. At that ti, you will truly face death.”
Yan Fei curiously asked, “Since you cannot affect reality, where did the Artificial Intelligence voice I just heard co from?”
The insane voice laughed eerily again and said, “We cannot affect dead things, but as long as there are living descendants of the Human Race with Spiritual fluctuations, they will be influenced by us either overtly or covertly. What you heard before was rely an illusion we made you experience. Unexpectedly, you, this descendant, are quite cautious, quickly realizing sothing’s wrong, and even attempting to escape from here, which is why we had to Change the Plan and possess you imdiately rather than wait for the best opportunity.”
