Chapter 1664: Chapter 645 Civilization Inheritance

The air quality in the Core Area was initially very good, and Yan Fei could breathe freely using his mouth. However, upon entering the Cultivation Chamber Space, he found it filled with viruses and bacteria produced by the decomposition of human bones, complented by residual cultivation fluid providing the energy needed for their growth. Over the years, they’ve evolved unique traits and beco highly toxic.

Realizing that he couldn’t breathe the air directly here, Yan Fei once again donned his Battle Armor helt, activating the internal circulation system to avoid inhaling toxic viruses and bacteria that could damage his body.

Yan Fei walked down the tubular passage in the middle of the Cultivation Chamber, surrounded by countless cultivation chamber recesses. As he advanced, he collected the Items that had fallen into the passage into the Universal Space. He even leapt onto those Tree-shaped Pipes to collect still intact looking Cultivation Chambers using the Universal Space, hoping to research Cosmic Human reproduction issues. Upon returning to Dreamland Cave World, Yan Fei planned to conduct detailed research and decipher the High-tech technology contained within these Items.

After walking a full two kiloters, Yan Fei finally traversed the Cosmic Human Cultivation Chamber Space. At the end, another gleaming tal door appeared, though without any security Equipnt. Upon sensing Yan Fei’s approach, the tal door automatically opened. Behind it was a sowhat dimly lit space reminiscent of a Spaceship Flight Command Bridge.

Cautiously, Yan Fei entered this vast space, and the tal door behind him automatically closed. The sudden sound startled Yan Fei because the area was so silent. Once Yan Fei was detected, the walls began emitting a gentle white light, illuminating the entire Flight Command Bridge as if it were dayti.

The Flight Command Bridge was enormous, able to accommodate thousands of people working. It was surrounded by transparent windows, intended for viewing the outside space. Unfortunately, the exterior was underwater and encased by volcanic rock, offering nothing but darkness. The Bridge housed nurous Equipnt with a science-fiction appearance that lent it a surreal futuristic feel, quite similar to the Flight Command Bridge of the Space Battleship designed by Yang Qi for Yan Fei.

Under the soft lighting, the interior was chaotic. Equipnt lay sprawled about, various Items scattered everywhere, and the floor was littered with Human bones and decomposed clothing. In so corners, traces from plant growth could be found. All this evidenced the rapid spread of the Ape Tribe’s Perfect Virus, unnoticed by Cosmic Humans until it had completely engulfed the entire Space Fortress.

Once the Cosmic Humans realized sothing was wrong, it was too late; they were unable to activate ergency procedures for self-rescue. After contracting that Perfect Virus, they succumbed to poisoning and death within a short span of ti. Subsequently, this Core Remnants crashed into an underwater mountain range, causing intense shaking and resulting in the current disarray.

Seeing the Cosmic Human remains scattered on the floor, Yan Fei felt sad. Cosmic Humans were once a powerful race that dominated the Universe, yet they capsized in the small Solar System, suffering mutual defeat with a smaller race that hadn’t truly stepped into the Universe yet. Even eighty thousand years after their demise, their remains lay abandoned on the ground, with no one having co to collect their bodies. They were born great and died miserably.

Yan Fei hurriedly went forward to gather the Cosmic Human remains to bring them back to Dreamland Cave World for a proper burial. After all, they were ancestors of modern Humans, and he felt obliged to give them a proper rest. Just then, a soft female voice filled the Flight Command Bridge, perfectly aligning with Yan Fei’s aesthetic tastes and offering him imdiate comfort upon hearing it.

Through the Auxiliary Brain’s real-ti translation, Yan Fei imdiately understood the aning of the woman’s words: “Descendant of the Human Race, you have finally arrived. I have waited many years for you!”

Yan Fei conveyed what he wanted to say to the Auxiliary Brain, which translated it into the Cosmic Human language and transmitted it back to him, allowing him to verbalize it, thereby engaging in communication with the suddenly appearing female voice.

Yan Fei asked, “Are you the Artificial Intelligence here?”

The female voice replied, “Yes, I am the Human Race’s Artificial Intelligence, nad Origin. The Human Race suffered an unknown virus attack and was completely annihilated. Before their total annihilation, they issued one final order. Over the years I’ve adhered to this directive, waiting here for the descendants of the Human Race to co.”

Curious, Yan Fei asked, “What was the Human Race’s final order?”

The Artificial Intelligence nad Origin responded, “Upon discovering their clansn’s total annihilation, the Human Race initiated the Civilization Revival Plan. They authorized to await the arrival of their direct descendants, then conduct Civilization Inheritance and assist in revitalizing the Human Race’s civilization. You have entered here today and passed the identity verification; you are the inheritor of the Human Race’s civilization. You may receive the transmission of all civilization knowledge, including the most core Technology of the Human Race.”

Yan Fei had previously speculated that even Dream Island and the Ape Tribe, which hadn’t ventured out of the Solar System, possessed Artificial Intelligence; surely the more powerful Cosmic Humans would have Artificial Intelligence as well? His earlier search had yielded none outside, but here on the Flight Command Bridge it materialized, greatly facilitating his mission. Yan Fei only needed to communicate with Origin and task it to act for him, enabling him to seamlessly acquire all Cosmic Humans’ cultural and technological legacy.
