However, from what we’ve observed in recent years, it seems this organization is shifting its goals, preparing to enter China and launch a massive conspiracy there.”
Yan Fei was startled; even China didn’t know the details of this Mysterious Organization. He had fought against this organization many tis and killed many of their mbers. They were true mortal enemies, and it seed he would have to be even more cautious of them in the future. Initially, Yan Fei even thought this Mysterious Organization was a Secret Departnt under the US Governnt, but to his surprise, it had nothing to do with the US Governnt. They were deeply hidden and very powerful.
However, the objective of this Mysterious Organization seed to be solely focused on Mainland China, at least there was no sign of them on Dream Island. So for Yan Fei, this Mysterious Organization wasn’t a threat at the mont.
Captain China then said, “Yan Fei, look at that group of people over there.”
Following the direction Captain China was pointing, Yan Fei saw a group of people dressed in Vatican attire, numbering over twenty. In their center was an elderly man dressed in red cardinal robes, and beside him stood a burly middle-aged man.
Upon seeing the middle-aged man, a thought flashed across Yan Fei’s mind as he realized that this man was also a God-Level Expert. He asked, “Are these people from the Vatican Holy See?”
Captain China replied, “Indeed, these people are from the Vatican. The one in the red cardinal robe is Cardinal Don Pedro Moya from the Vatican North Arica Branch, and the sturdy Caucasian man next to him is nad Contrelas, also a God-Level Expert.”
Upon closer inspection, Yan Fei noticed that although Contrelas was clad in religious garb, he carried a Greatsword on his back, giving him a sowhat incongruous appearance. When Contrelas felt Yan Fei’s gaze upon him, he glanced back, and his eyes slowly filled with confusion, which eventually turned into shock. Then Contrelas stopped looking at Yan Fei and forcibly lowered his head, but his body trembled violently, clearly agitated.
Captain China continued, “Contrelas has only recently begun to represent the Holy See in worldly affairs. Although he’s a God-Level Expert, no one has seen him take action, and his abilities remain unknown. However, intelligence indicates that he is actually the head of the Church Tribunal and wields considerable influence within the Vatican. He had previously been in seclusion, and it’s a mystery why he has suddenly re-erged.”
Yan Fei did not see the look of shock on Contrelas’s face. He was slightly surprised, having not realized the deep roots of the Vatican – not only did they have a lightning controller, but now also the head of a Religious Tribunal had appeared. No wonder they had stood unshakable for thousands of years.

Seeing that Yan Fei’s attention remained on the God-Level Experts, Gu Xiaolan reminded him, “Yan Fei, although the top combat power here consists of God-Level Experts, you must be wary of the others too. Among the crowd, there are also Innate Peak Experts sent from other countries and Forces. Although you might consider them negligible, their numbers are vast, and you should be cautious of their surprise attacks.”
Yan Fei nodded in agreent, aware that the square was teeming with many formidable individuals. Yet, those who were not God-Level Experts did not command his attention. Even the Fully Ard Arican soldiers posed no threat to him; if he wished, he could annihilate them all in a very short ti.
Yan Fei glanced around and then saw a distinctive small group in the distance. He curiously asked, “Captain, who is that old man? He looks weak and illness-ridden, why has he co here?”
Captain China looked at the old man and said, “That old man is Professor Gale Kim, a famous archaeology professor at the University of Los Angeles. He has deep research into our Chinese culture as well. His purpose here, though, is to study the Light Portal. Ever since the discovery of this mysterious Light Portal, he and his research team have been conducting studies here. However, years have passed with no significant findings. Professor Gale is different from the others; he is a respectable scholar with a noble character.”
