"Alright, cut the chatter, just get things organized, and then report on ti. It's always you two who talk too much."
"No, I an, Lv, it seems like you were the one who started the conversation..."
...
After discussing the question proposed by Lothar Dugan, Peter Schultz once again sought Qiao Ze's guidance on several issues related to Super Helical Space Algebra.
The biggest inspiration for him today might have been the idea of combining superspiral algebra with transcendental geotry to start thinking about similar problems.
Unfortunately, the questions he prepared didn't seem to pique Qiao Ze's interest much.
Or maybe, after the communication about the Three-Body problem, Qiao Ze had used up all he wanted to say for the day, and had reverted to his usual reticence, rely giving brief responses.
Well, at least there was so gain.
A question that had puzzled him for a long ti was clarified with Qiao Ze's hint.
But this made Peter Schultz even more frustrated.
After pondering for a mont, he straightforwardly said, "Dr. Qiao, I think we should proceed with the research and promotion of superspiral algebra that you ntioned last ti. In fact, we are already doing it, but the progress is a bit slow."
"Yes, it is indeed slow," Qiao Ze nodded, affirming Peter Schultz's statent.
"So, you could actually join us. Even if you're at Xilin, we can still keep in touch via email."
After thinking for a mont, Qiao Ze said, "I promised soone I would form a research team for research and promotion, if you are interested in joining, you can take the test on the 28th."
"A test?"
"Yes, a test."
"Are you saying you plan to form a team at the Academic Research Institute dedicated to the research of superspiral algebra and transcendental geotry? And that recruitnt for team mbers will be done through a test?"
"Right!"
"Can foreigners join too?"
"They can, but they must be in Xilin."
"Must be in Xilin? Can't it be remote?"
"Right."
Listening to their conversation, Roth Dugan, coming out of his thoughts about the N-body problem, suggested, "What if we collaborate with the Xilin Institute of Mathematics under the auspices of Princeton University School of Mathematics and the Institute for Advanced Study to advance this project together?"
Qiao Ze looked at Lothar Dugan and said, "Your appointed resident professors can join."
"Hmm, in fact, we have already developed quite a few results."
"Right, just the progress is too slow," Qiao Ze nodded in agreent.
There was no rebuttal, so the conversation ended there.
Indeed, so opportunities, once missed, are truly hard to find again.
Lothar Dugan shook his head, then suddenly rembered what he intended to ask and hurriedly inquired, "Oh, is your doctoral dissertation still going to be submitted to 'Mathematics Annual'?"
"You accept papers in Chinese?" Qiao Ze asked back.
"Ah?" Lothar Dugan was taken aback.
They indeed hadn't included Chinese papers before.
"Our Academic Research Institute plans to launch a journal, accepting both Chinese and English papers," explained Qiao Ze.
"This... Are you not planning to publish your doctoral dissertation in English?" Peter Schultz asked incredulously.
He had assud that Qiao Ze used Chinese for his dissertation defense today because the results were so dazzling, and with limited ti, he was eager to announce them...
"Well, translating so many new terms and explanations is very exhausting," Qiao Ze nodded.
"I can take care of that, I'll find soone to translate and compile," Lothar Dugan quickly said.
"Oh, thank you."
"Umm... so..."
"I'm tired, let's end the conversation for today," Qiao Ze said.
It wasn't an excuse; Qiao Ze really did feel tired.
Especially after talking so much during today's doctoral defense, his throat even started to feel a bit sore.
