The luncheon was sowhat awkward.

Especially in the main hall, where many professors from around the world greeted each other with, "Hi, did you understand?"

Then there would be an awkward but polite smile in return.

If the greeter was clever enough, they'd quickly add, "Haha, actually I didn't understand either."

This would imdiately get them a bit of goodwill from the other person, and perhaps the two could co together and start murmuring about the day's content, looking forward to when those bigwigs with access to supercomputing resources would verify whether the general solution was correct.

If they had a good ti chatting, they might even exchange the content and photos they'd recorded at the conference.

If the academic community eventually verified that the general solution provided by Qiao Ze was correct, then these audio, videos, and photos from the scene would be extrely valuable.

They'd be witnesses to history.

As for the other students, they were able to let loose a lot more.

For many students who signed up for this conference, they didn't expect to understand much in the first place.

Even if Qiao Ze was talking about the existence proof of the Yang-Mills Equations, it probably wouldn't differ much from the solving process.

Just like many top-ranking undergraduates from Xilin University of Technology.

The professor made it clear, he didn't really expect them to gain anything from attending the conference; it was purely for them to experience the atmosphere of an international top-level academic conference.

So the students didn't feel much pressure.

But today indeed gave them a very novel feeling.

It turned out that it wasn't just they who couldn't understand, the professor leading the group, and so internationally renowned academics, also couldn't!

So the ribbing was all the more joyous.

"This is it, I've lost my faith! Is this what real mathematics is?"

"Hehe, you've lost faith? Is there a chance that if you want to apply for Qiao's graduate studies in the future, you'll need to learn this stuff?"

"No, I'm three years older than God Qiao!"

"Are you questioning whether God Qiao isn't qualified to be a PhD supervisor?"

"Haha... I think once God Qiao is on the scene, the whole seniority system in the mathematical community will be thrown into chaos!"

"It's been chaos for a while! You probably don't know, but in God Qiao's project team, there are several PhDs who have to call him boss!"

"Hehe! Doesn't matter, I heard God Qiao is going to be Professor Li's student in the future, so I also want to apply for Professor Li's graduate studies! Then I'll be God Qiao's academic brother!"

"Then because you can't learn it at all, you'll fail to graduate and be kicked out, right?"

"But what if I do learn it?"

"Heh, stop dreaming!"

"You get lost!"

...

It has to be said, Qiao Ze has once again taught these kids a lesson; deep in the field of mathematics, it's not about being able to solve problems or scoring high in competitions that count as impressive—it's about having creativity and the ability to produce new things.

As for the private room upstairs, prepared specially, the discussion among the group was different.

Especially for the editors of top mathematical journals.

"You know? This is the most preposterous conference I've ever attended, where even the presenter's subject matter could beco one of the world's most important mathematical discoveries. If Qiao Ze is right, then what he talked about today, if written into a paper, would certainly qualify as one of the greatest contemporary papers—but he just gave the talk."

"Haha, Bobby, that's because that Qiao Ze is confident enough. He knows no one dares to steal his results. Not to ntion the little tricks he uses to watermark his papers; to plagiarize his work, one first needs to fully comprehend his theory. So here's the question, who can fully grasp an entirely new mathematical field in just five hours?"

"Damn Lotte, probably is already scheming on how to acquire Qiao's paper. Hell, is he trying to keep up the pace of publishing a paper every month in 'Mathematics Annual'? Does Qiao really have no interest in publishing his paper in other journals?"

"Forget it, this ti I'm not even jealous of Roth Dugan anymore. Even if Qiao writes the paper, finding a reviewer for it will be a hassle. Based on what we saw at the conference today, I don't think anyone qualifies to review his paper."

"Haha, Milia, you just don't know how to be flexible. Qiao's paper doesn't need a reviewer. As long as his conclusions can be verified by supercomputing, there's nothing that can't be published. Believe , once the supercomputing verification cos out and it's confird to be correct, no matter which journal Qiao submits his paper to, they will publish it right away! A paper that has already surpassed the current mathematical developnt doesn't need a reviewer."

"Oh?"

"Yes! To fully understand his thodology, you'd need an entire textbook and plenty of example problems. Okay, that's not talking, that's Professor Gofras who I just t in the elevator."

"Right, I ran into Schultz just now, and he agreed. I heard his conversation with Edward, and they both think that the challenge with superspiral algebra is to accept these unique properties and boundary conditions of this peculiar space."

"Oh, were you in that elevator too? I heard it as well; they were also discussing the correspondence between this mathematical frawork and the physical frawork, including gauge symtries, the definition of field strength tensors, and so on. They even said that if we can find the corresponding physical phenona through superspiral algebra, we might be able to resolve the grand unification problem."
