However, the personnel, finance, structure, and achievents of the institute are unrelated to Xilin University of Technology, hence the research pressure is imnse. Fortunately, Dou Dou has provided significant assistance to the university in this area.
This year, the university also decided to fully introduce intelligent managent to its internal research units, along with the research contribution system proposed by Dou Dou. Obviously, this is a major benefit for students in various labs and research centers.
To be honest, many are already envious of the benefits experienced by the several university labs included in intelligent managent, especially those involved in the deep-sea cluster systems.
Clearly, all are graduate students at the sa university, yet why is it that the lab I lead can only receive a monthly stipend of barely over a thousand, while others can nearly accumulate enough for half a house just by pursuing research? It’s utterly unreasonable.
However, this issue can’t be complained about.
After all, their benefits have actually improved, reaching four figures. In other universities, working in a lab, the monthly stipend is still just a few hundred, much more miserable.
