Chapter 862: Chapter 862: God or Immortal?
“The Law of Gravity should be able to break the World Law…” the woman murmured to herself as she scribbled on the ground.
Tian Xin couldn’t help but curl her lip and said, “Playing tricks, she finally slipped up.”
“What do you an?” Lin Shen asked Tian Xin, puzzled.
“I was almost fooled by her before, but her last sentence revealed her mistake,” Tian Xin explained. “If this really is a Realm King level World Law, how could it possibly be broken by the re Law of Gravity?”
“The Law of Gravity is just one of the most basic laws from the past – it has been mastered by people for ages, and countless modes and branches of gravitational law application have been developed. Even if you seek to understand the Law of Gravity now, no matter how strong you get, at most, it’s just the Reality Law. Even if you reach the Heavenly Law Realm, the Reality Law can’t possibly be stronger than the Immortal Laws, let alone stronger than the Realm King’s laws.”
Tian Xin glanced at the woman in the video and said coldly, “If I’m not wrong, this video is a complete prank. The person who made it is probably a technical powerhouse. He must have compressed a much longer video into this chip. The repetitions we see are just parts of the video after editing – the actual video is far from over.”
...
“It’s a pity. His technical skills are strong, but his cultivation and realm must be lacking. He couldn’t understand how big the gap is between the Law of Gravity and the Realm King’s laws, resulting in such logical errors. There’s no need to watch any further. Even if Di Esi himself ca, he couldn’t train the Law of Gravity to the extent that it could break the Immortal Laws.”
Lin Shen pondered and then asked, “Could it be possible that this woman cos from an earlier era when the Law of Gravity wasn’t widespread? Perhaps her Law of Gravity is the Future Law, or even the Immortal Law?”
“That’s why I said the person who made this video isn’t highly cultivated. True Immortals, or those with a deep understanding of the Immortals, should know that the Law of Gravity was exhaustively developed even before the Ancient Realm King, and there have been no gravitational Future Laws for hundreds of millions of years. As for the Immortal Law of the gravitational system, that’s even more impossible, because the Immortal King of gravity has been alive since unknown tis, living to this day. It’s just that ordinary people are unaware of its existence, hence there is no Dharma King for the gravitational law.”
“So the Immortal King of the gravity system has lived up to now. Doesn’t that imply that the Law of Gravity is very powerful?” Lin Shen still didn’t understand.
“No, no, no, living long doesn’t an it’s very strong,” Tian Xin said with a smile. “I understand what you an. If it’s not strong, why hasn’t anyone killed it over such a long period and taken the position of Gravity Dharma King, right? I’ll tell you. The reason is that the place where that Immortal King lives is too odd. Even the Immortal Dharma King would find it difficult to live there; that’s why no one can ddle with it.”
“Which kind of place is so inhospitable that even an Immortal Dharma King has a hard ti surviving, yet it can live well?” Lin Shen asked.
“Because that place has especially strong gravity, perfectly suited for it, and it’s the only one that can live freely there. Furthermore, its Law of Gravity is greatly enhanced there!” Tian Xin paused before saying, “That place is called the Devouring Star System, where there’s an extrely terrifying Black Hole. Around the Black Hole, there are many Neutron Stars. Just the gravity of those Neutron Stars alone can easily shake a planet. Any Nirvana Being there, if not crushed, would be trapped to death. Even an Immortal must be extrely cautious to avoid being ensnared by the Neutron Stars. The Black Hole is even more terrifying; it’s a place where not even light can escape, much less people.”
Lin Shen listened in astonishnt, realizing that the Immortal King of gravity actually lived in such a place. Indeed, no one could kill it.
“The Devouring Star System can’t really be considered a true star system but rather a Black Hole and so Neutron Stars that have not been devoured and are still under the Black Hole’s gravitational pull,” Tian Xin continued. “That Black Hole is relentlessly devouring everything nearby, potentially even the entire Tianying Star System soday. Then, no one will be able to approach it.” Tian Xin went on, “If the woman in the video were talking about another Law, I would think there’s a slight possibility. After all, she could be the Dharma King of that system. But the gravitational system? She’s definitely not the Dharma King. Even if she holds the gravitational Future Law, she couldn’t possibly contend with a Realm King.”
Tian Xin concluded that the video was undoubtedly a prank and had no desire to watch any further.
However, Lin Shen was interested in watching more. The woman was studying her Law of Gravity, and since Lin Shen was also mastering laws recently, watching it wouldn’t harm him.
After watching for a while, Lin Shen realized that the content the woman was writing on the ground was related to the Law of Gravity. It seed to make so sense, but many of the formulas she wrote were beyond his comprehension.
However, so of her content was too outrageous, like the phrase she wrote: “Within world laws, gravity is the foundation; with gravity, all laws erge, without gravity, the world ceases…”
Her aning seed to be that her Law of Gravity should be able to restrain the World Law, but despite her calculations, she could not break through the world that was holding her.
“This is getting more and more ridiculous. According to her, we might as well crown the Law of Gravity as the King of Myriad Laws.” Tian Xin couldn’t stand to watch anymore, got up, and left the studio, leaving Lin Shen there to continue on his own.
Lin Shen was sowhat intrigued, though the woman’s claims were brash and her content seed crazy, it sounded like there could be so truth to it.
As he continued to watch, the woman’s writings beca increasingly frenzied and incomprehensible.
If the content she wrote at first was sowhat reasonable, then the later content was almost pure delusion.
And many of the later writings were so incomprehensible that Lin Shen could only record them with his communicator to see if they would be of use after consulting soone else in the future.
“God or Immortal?” At the end, the woman wrote these four large characters on the wall. Staring at them, her expression seed to be one of making a choice – deciding whether to beco a god or an immortal, as if her decision made it certain.
Three hours passed, and the words and formulas she scrawled across the room vanished with the repeating video.
The woman, however, remained unresponsive, staring at the now-blank wall and murmuring to herself, “To beco a god… or an immortal…”
It seed to be a difficult decision for her, and she stood there, motionless, pondering.
But her voice beca inaudible as the video repeated.
Lin Shen opened the content he recorded on his communicator, wanting to review what she had written, but he was shocked to find that the recorded content was just this very audio-visual room, completely devoid of the projected images.
