Lin Shen's face changed slightly as he realized what the Female Night Ghost was up to, she was planning to demolish the walls, exposing them completely to the darkness of the night.
Being fully exposed to the darkness didn't have too much of an impact on them in itself, but it would increase the contact surface between the darkness and the blue light. Blue Peacock would then have to combat more dark forces, increasing its consumption of energy and shortening the ti it could hold out.
If Kong Chuan couldn't return quickly, they would be in grave danger.
As Lin Shen had anticipated, the walls kept collapsing, so stones falling outward and so flying into the blue light, becoming suspended mid-air by the blue light.
Darkness kept encroaching inside, igniting upon contact with the blue light.
The walls on all sides were soon breached, darkness enveloping from all directions. The blue fla burned more fiercely, and the area it illuminated shrank steadily, with the dark pressing down at a notably faster pace than before.
The Female Night Ghost stood outside, staring at them coldly. The blue light made her look even more like a ghastly specter from the netherworld.
Lin Shen felt that his body had recovered a lot, but he remained sitting still.
Because he was originally facing the direction of the door, he could see the Female Night Ghost clearly.
As the darkness closed in, it got closer and closer to Lin Shen, Wei Wufu, and a few others who were sitting near the door.
