Catherine, however, showed no disappointnt and instead grew more insistent. "Apart from the two Kings, your rank is the highest in our Divine Hidden Group. You have the credentials to access the Celestial Court, which must have been authorized from above. Since you have a pathway, lend your help, and I won't forget this favor."
"I don't have the authority," Lin Shen repeated, his tone unchanged.
But Catherine seed not to hear him and pressed on, "I've made a major discovery about the Ancient Realm King. If you're willing to take to the Celestial Court, I can share my findings with you."
"What kind of discovery?" Lin Shen asked, frowning.
Catherine smirked. "Of course, it's the Ancient Realm King's treasure. Given both our statuses, if it weren't for that treasure, why else would they send us to this godforsaken place? We've toiled here for so many years; we can't leave empty-handed. If you help get to the Celestial Court, I'll share the Ancient Realm King's treasure with you. Even the Clan Leader has dread of claiming this treasure. If you and I obtain it, we might even surpass the Clan Leader. Perhaps, we could even defeat the Celestial Court and beco the Masters of the Universe."
"Such good fortune, and you're willing to share it with ?" Lin Shen retorted coldly.
"I won't hide it from you—I've already been to that place. But my devolution is so severe that I couldn't retrieve it alone. I need your cooperation," Catherine said, fixing her gaze on Lin Shen. "Given our abilities, being sent to this wretched place by the higher-ups is no different from banishnt. Sure, you can leave now, but are you really willing to let all these years of suffering amount to nothing? I, for one, refuse to swallow this indignity."
Lin Shen's mind was awash with confusion. Wasn't the Ancient Realm King's treasure supposed to be connected to Xiaona and Xiaoye?
What, then, was the location Catherine had uncovered? Could it be that she had found the path to the Realm King Planet?
Seeing Lin Shen deep in thought, Catherine pressed further. "I don't know why you were sent to this godforsaken place in the first place. But considering your Spade A status, there must have been a reason. I was exiled here for offending the Great King. This grudge is one I'll surely repay."
"Where is the Ancient Realm King's treasure?" Lin Shen asked.
"In an Undersea City. Don't bother asking where that city is or even which sea it lies in. Even if I told you, it would be useless. That city can shift through space and ti. Telling you its forr location won't help you find it," Catherine said with a smile. "But I've left a mark on it. Only I can track its whereabouts. If you're willing to share this with , find a way to get out of this hellhole. Once the orders co through, we'll head to the Undersea City together, retrieve the Ancient Realm King's treasure, and depart for the Celestial Court. From there, the whole cosmos will be within our grasp."
"The Undersea City? Could the Undersea City Catherine ntioned be that place?" Lin Shen froze for a mont.
His mind drifted to the sunken Ancient City and the Thinker within its depths.
"Give it so thought—this deal is a win-win for you," Catherine said, her palm brushing gently against Lin Shen's cheek. "If you agree, both I and the Ancient Realm King's treasure will be yours. If you desire the Clan Leader's position, I'll back you with everything I have. All I ask in return is the Great King's life."
"I'll think about it," Lin Shen replied, pushing Catherine's hand aside. He opened the door and stepped out, afraid to let the discussion continue lest sothing slip.
After all, he wasn't the real Spade A and had no ability to arrange for her transfer. For now, his only option was to stall.
Catherine didn't stop him but followed behind as he left. After exchanging a few polite words with Long Yue, she personally escorted them to the teleportation array sending them to the Diman Star.
"What did Catherine want from you?" Long Yue asked curiously once they arrived on Diman Star.
"Nothing important," Lin Shen said tersely, making his way toward Kristin's residence with Long Yue in tow.
Kristin's current residence was vastly different from before. Since he had comprehended the Peerless Divine Skill and ascended to the rank of Dharma King, the Little Emperor had bestowed upon him the title of Sword Saint.
He now resided in the Sword Saint Palace, the very place Sophia once used to spread her teachings and pass on knowledge.

Erected at the palace entrance was a stone monunt upon which a technique for evolution was inscribed. Lin Shen stepped closer and scrutinized the text. To his surprise, it turned out to be the very Evolution Skill—the introductory chapter to the Peerless Divine Skill—that he had written.
Noticing Lin Shen lingering by the monunt, Long Yue remarked, "Kristin's first requirent for recruiting disciples is that they must understand and practice this introductory chapter."
Lin Shen mused to himself, "Kristin really knows how to play the long ga. This benefits imnsely! No wonder the Inheritance Fan's enhancents have been so consistent lately."
"If you wish to take the test, line up over there," one of the guards near the stone monunt instructed Lin Shen and Long Yue.
