The cruel curve at the corner of Wings of Calamity’s mouth froze instantly as his massive body snapped upright.

Sacred Radiance–rank mind power surged outward in an instant, covering a territory spanning hundreds of millions of miles!

Glegor and the other skeletal generals also extended their perceptions toward the distant reaches.

"A small imperial force has breached our clan’s outer territories. They’re already engaged in battle."

"Glegor, go deal with it,"

Wings of Calamity said with a hint of disappointnt.

The scale was far too small—hardly enough to relieve his boredom.

Glegor acknowledged the order and led a ten-thousand-strong skeletal legion charging out of Nisno Valley.

Wings of Calamity cast a glance at the dancers before him, who were trembling in terror, their beauty drained of all color.

A layer of mist suddenly erupted from his body, transforming into the shadow of a black dragon. With a single snap of its massive jaws, it devoured all the dancers whole.

The skeletal generals standing guard were long accustod to such scenes.

Wings of Calamity rose to his feet, licking his lips with lingering satisfaction, preparing to head toward the underground palace.

Yet just as he took a step forward, he suddenly halted.

The skeletal generals instantly went on full alert.

The heavens had changed.

An invisible force sealed off the entirety of Nisno Valley in a heartbeat.

Pure white mist was born from the void, rapidly engulfing the skies and lands for tens of thousands of miles in every direction.

Above Wings of Calamity’s head, space itself began to twist and spiral.

"So it’s not just a trivial skirmish after all,"

Wings of Calamity said, his fear turning to excitent as a cold smile curled across his lips.

Had soone deliberately co to deliver themselves, knowing full well how bored he was?

Perfect—just the chance to stretch his muscles.

Blazing battle intent ignited in his eyes as he stepped into the void and rose into the air!

Dark draconic mist exploded outward, colliding violently with the spreading white fog, the two forces cancelling each other out.

But at that very mont, the spatial laws around him were replaced.

In the next instant, he found himself inside an independent domain of laws.

Starbound Savant and Stillness Sage stood quietly at the center of the domain.

When Wings of Calamity swept them with his mind power, the fiery battle intent in his eyes turned ice-cold.

Almost instantly, he let out a furious roar as his form expanded rapidly, transforming into a colossal black demonic dragon hundreds of ters long, hurling himself with brutal force against the boundary of the domain!

He was a Divine Radiant, first level!

And yet, although the ranks of the two before him were indistinct, every aura they radiated was dozens of tis stronger than his!

"Trying to leave?"

Stillness Sage smiled kindly and casually waved his hand.

An iron ring shot forth, transforming into an enormous golden hoop that rapidly snapped around the demon dragon’s tail, tightening relentlessly!

"The Ring of Stillness?!"

"You’re Stillness Sage?!"

Wings of Calamity instantly recognized both the man and the infamous artifact, alarms screaming in his mind!

This treasure could briefly imprison even a Divine Oracle—how could he possibly resist it?

What was more, this old monster was a genuine ancient Divine Radiant, fully capable of killing him outright!

Wings of Calamity thrashed his massive draconic body madly, struggling to break free from the Ring of Stillness.

Seeing this, an ancient sigil flared to life in Stillness Sage’s palm.

He ford seals with both hands as torrents of law power surged forth, condensing in the void into countless incomparably thick chains that bound the demon dragon layer upon layer!

At the sa ti, Starbound Savant made his move.

With a sweep of his hands, a stellar magic array appeared above his head.

The array unleashed three beams of annihilating starlight in rapid succession!

Within those beams surged pure, concentrated law-based killing power, smashing solidly into Wings of Calamity!

"ROAR—!!!"

Wings of Calamity let out a howl of agony.

Blood sprayed everywhere, each drop carrying terrifying destructive energy.

"Stillness Sage! If you dare kill , His Majesty the Bone King will grind you to dust!"

BOOM!

Ares’ figure suddenly appeared within the domain!

With his Immortal Divine Body driven to its limits, the battle-axe of the God of War in his hands erupted with icy radiance as he swung it down at the demon dragon’s neck!

CRACK—!

A massive dragon head was severed cleanly from its body!

Scalding dragon blood sprayed wildly, every single drop more than capable of easily killing any being below the Divine Cleric rank.

At the sa ti, it contained imnse energy and fragnts of laws—top-tier demonic elixirs for those of lower rank.

The void warlocks maintaining the domain imdiately manipulated spatial laws at full power, sealing away the dragon’s remaining body and the splattered blood.

Reduced to a severed head, Wings of Calamity did not die imdiately.

For a Sacred Radiance–rank being, their inner world was already tightly interwoven with blooming, derivative law origins, making complete annihilation exceedingly difficult.

Wings of Calamity’s jaws snapped open, releasing an annihilation beam compressed to the extre, forcibly punching through the domain’s boundary as the remaining head transford into a streak of black light and fled!

However, the mont he escaped this layer of law domain, he found himself trapped once again—this ti within an even more solid world of ice.

At the sa ti, crystalline frost mist quietly descended, instantly freezing both him and the entire small world.

In a flash, Stillness Sage and Starbound Savant crossed into this icy world.

The two of them struck down with a single palm each, shattering the frozen world together with the demonic dragon’s head inside!

Seizing the mont, Stillness Sage produced what looked like an ordinary linen sack.

A terrifying suction burst forth from the bag’s mouth, dragging Wings of Calamity’s head into it before shrinking back into Stillness Sage’s palm.

"Move!"

Stillness Sage barked lowly as he vanished together with Starbound Savant.

Ares and the White Lady also seized the opportunity to withdraw from the battlefield.

The elental legions retreated just as swiftly, leaving behind not the slightest trace that could be tracked.

Monts later,

Several figures clad in robes of darkness tore open space above Nisno Valley and stepped out.

Death and decay radiated from their bodies as their icy gazes swept over the skeletal generals below.

"What happened here?"

The leading black-robed figure asked hoarsely, devoid of all emotion.

The skeletal generals bowed. One of them stepped forward to report,

"Reporting, my lord. Enemies invaded earlier."

The black-robed figure swept the area with mind power and imdiately sensed the lingering law fluctuations from the recent battle.

They glanced at the skeletal generals who had failed to witness the full course of the fight.

Knowing they wouldn’t be able to extract further details, the figure asked coldly,

"Where is Wings of Calamity?"

"Lord Dragon was here just monts ago,"

the skeletal generals replied, instinctively looking toward the now-empty throne of bones, then toward the void still rippling with residual fluctuations.

The demonic dragon was gone!

"Disappeared?"

Several black-robed figures erupted with terrifying Sacred Radiance–rank pressure.

They tore through space, appearing in the skies outside Nisno Valley in an instant.

Vast mind power spread rapidly, sweeping across every inch of the surrounding region.

Yet Wings of Calamity was as if he had been erased entirely from the world, leaving behind not a single trace that could be followed.

However, fragnts of law imprints still lingered in the void, along with several strands of powerful aura that clearly did not belong to the Ossuary Court.

This filled the black-robed figures with deep unease.

Wings of Calamity was a Sacred Radiance–rank powerhouse—his strength was beyond question.

For him to vanish so silently, only two possibilities existed.

Either he had concealed himself and fled on his own, or he had suffered a precise strike from a terrifyingly powerful existence capable of overwhelming him completely.

Judging from the deliberately erased traces at the scene, the latter was far more likely.

To so easily dispose of a Divine Radiant—

and to do so within the core territory of the Ossuary Court, in such a short span of ti—

and without triggering massive energy upheavals—

the strength and terror of this unknown attacker already posed a grave threat to the safety of the entire Ossuary Court!

"It seems his chances are grim,"

the leading black-robed figure said, casting his gaze toward the distance—toward the territory controlled by the Crossbridge Empire.

"The opponent was clearly prepared. Whether their target is our clan, or sothing else entirely, remains unclear."

"Could it have been the Crossbridge Empire?"

another black-robed figure voiced a reasonable suspicion.

"Should we send people to infiltrate the border of the Secondary Demon Realm to investigate?"

At this critical juncture, the fall of a Sacred Radiance–rank powerhouse naturally cast suspicion on the colossal force currently expanding aggressively within the demon realm.

"Report this matter to His Majesty the Bone King at the highest ergency level imdiately."

"You—head to the border regions at once. Use every secret art at your disposal and see if you can uncover even the slightest clue."

"I’ll remain here for now to stabilize the situation in Nisno Valley and conduct further investigation at the site."

The leading black-robed figure issued orders swiftly.

The other figures transford into black smoke, rging into space and vanishing without a trace.
