Chapter 24: I Haven’t Even Used My Full Strength Yet

Lin Yuan was not well known, but the other class-holder seed to have a bit of fa.

“Hey, look, it’s Di Qing.”

Soone recognized him imdiately.

“Didn’t he just get an Adventure Difficulty Dungeon Pass half a month ago? Why is he here again today?”

Another class-holder guessed the reason.

“That just shows you don’t understand. He’s here for the Warrior Difficulty Pass this ti.”

“Hiss! Warrior Difficulty? Could it be that his strength has risen by leaps and bounds again during this period?”

Hearing the discussions of the other class-holders, Di Qing remained expressionless.

Risen by leaps and bounds?

Who were they looking down on?

This should be called advancing at a breathtaking pace.

During this period, his luck had been good. He had consecutively dropped three Gold pieces of equipnt, and he had also obtained an A-Rank skill.

He had absolute confidence that he could solo the Boss of Warrior difficulty.

Di Qing was Level 15, his class was Swordsman, and his talent was the S-Rank Swift, which increased Attack Speed and Movent Speed by 50%.

He was the first to take the assessnt.

With three Gold pieces of equipnt, an S-Rank talent, and an A-Rank skill, Di Qing had originally thought that killing the assessnt robot would be effortless.

But things did not go as he had hoped.

Only after expending trendous effort did Di Qing narrowly manage to break the assessnt robot’s shield.

He passed the assessnt by the skin of his teeth.

Even so, it still drew shocked reactions from the surrounding class-holders.

“He actually passed!”

“As expected of the rising star of Iron Sword Guild. In another few months, Di Qing’s level should reach 20, right?”

After receiving the pass, Di Qing was in excellent spirits.

He turned his gaze toward Lin Yuan.

Thinking to himself: My apologies. With , such a shining example, standing before you, you must be feeling extrely nervous right now. I only hope my stunning performance didn’t affect your state of mind.

When it was Lin Yuan’s turn, Tian Ye’s gaze sharpened.

He had not co here today as an examiner for the sake of public revenge.

Sun Xu had a foul mouth. One night, all he needed to do was wait until Sun Xu let his guard down, throw a sack over him, and give him a vicious beating. That would settle the matter.

Tian Ye’s true target was Lin Yuan.

He wanted to know where Lin Yuan’s limit truly lay.

“Lin Yuan, what difficulty are you choosing to challenge?” an examiner asked, looking at the form in his hands.

“Nightmare,” Lin Yuan answered without hesitation.

The mont they heard Nightmare difficulty, everyone was startled.

“Did I hear that wrong? He actually wants to challenge the Nightmare difficulty assessnt robot!”

“The physical defense of a Nightmare difficulty assessnt robot reaches 1000, and its shield exceeds 200,000. How could anyone possibly succeed?”

Di Qing was also shocked by Lin Yuan’s choice of Nightmare difficulty.

But the mont he saw Lin Yuan’s level and class, he imdiately shook his head in disappointnt.

“Showboating.”

He was probably affected by the brilliance of Di Qing’s own performance and lost his composure.

He must have realized he could not possibly pass the assessnt, so he simply gave up entirely.

By choosing Nightmare difficulty, he only wanted to attract everyone’s attention.

Instead of leveling up steadily and honestly in dungeons, his head was full of these flashy but hollow ideas.

How pitiful.

But it did not matter.

A Summoner.

The sewer of all sewers.

A class with no future.

Lin Yuan walked up before the assessnt robot and snapped his fingers.

Ali appeared at his side out of thin air.

“A Summoner!”

“A Summoner actually dares challenge Nightmare difficulty? I must be dreaming.”

“There are still people choosing Summoner these days? Did his head get caught in a door?”

“He doesn’t know his own limits. Does he think he’s Di Qing?”

Lin Yuan’s class imdiately provoked discussion among the surrounding class-holders.

Almost every one of them was pessimistic about him.

Sun Xu could not bear it anymore.

“What is this, the Year of the Dog?”

“Why are there so many dog eyes looking down on people around here?”

Sun Xu’s words instantly stirred public anger. A few hot-tempered class-holders rolled up their sleeves, preparing to co over and teach him a lesson.

“Silence!”

Tian Ye frowned and barked coldly.

The mont an examiner spoke, the surrounding class-holders imdiately shrank back in fear, and the hall fell deathly silent.

“The assessnt begins.”

Before the examiner’s words had even faded, Ali’s figure lunged forward violently and slamd straight into the assessnt robot.

Click.

The red light in the assessnt robot’s eyes had only just lit up—

and then went dark again at once.

!!!!

Silence.

A silence as dead as the grave.

The eyes of the surrounding class-holders nearly bulged out of their sockets.

What had just happened?

A Level 9 Summoned Beast had dealt 135,000 damage to the assessnt robot!

How could that possibly be real?

Was it that they had not properly woken up, or had the world simply gone mad?

Even the examiners standing beside Tian Ye were frozen in place.

The examiner responsible for recording the assessnt process rubbed his eyes and seriously suspected that he had seen wrong.

He looked at the assessnt robot, then at Ali, who was in the middle of picking up his shield again.

In the end, he lowered his pen and wrote two words onto the assessnt result.

Passed!!!

When the Dungeon Pass representing Nightmare difficulty was placed in Lin Yuan’s hand, the surrounding class-holders finally woke as if from a dream.

“Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!”

“What did I just see? Soone actually one-shot the Nightmare difficulty assessnt robot.”

“This is supposed to be a Summoner? That’s way too outrageous. What he summoned was a Boss, right?”

The surrounding class-holders could not understand it at all.

Was this still that universally acknowledged bottom-tier class, Summoner?

“Brother Lin, today was a little slow.” Sun Xu deliberately raised his voice. “Yesterday, when we cleared the Nightmare dungeon, it was a lot faster than this.”

“Slow? Didn’t feel that way.” Lin Yuan replied lightly. “Wasn’t it all still instant kills?”

“It was slower by 0.1 seconds,” Sun Xu answered with complete seriousness.

“It doesn’t matter.” Lin Yuan shrugged. “I haven’t even used my full strength yet.”

That really was true. He had not even had the chance to use the S-Rank skill Deathbestowing Sword Qi that he had only learned yesterday.

Sun Xu swept his gaze around and calmly delivered another one of his classic lines.

“That Di Qing fellow chose Warrior difficulty because Warrior difficulty is the highest difficulty he can challenge.”

“My Brother Lin challenged Nightmare difficulty because Nightmare is the highest difficulty there is.”

“Understand?”

Tian Ye, standing at the side, felt utterly speechless.

Damn it.

Those two brats had pulled it off again.

“Today’s assessnt is over.”

It had to end here.

If it did not, who knew what other ridiculous lines those two would co out with next.

After Lin Yuan left, Tian Ye took out his phone and made a call to a man nad Cheng Feng.

“Teacher, I need to tell you sothing. I’ve found an unbelievably powerful seedling.”

“How powerful? Solo-clearing a Nightmare difficulty dungeon is basically child’s play to him.”

“He awakened just yesterday, solo-cleared a Nightmare difficulty beginner dungeon, and just now one-shotted a Level 15 Nightmare difficulty assessnt robot.”

“What? You can’t get away for the mont and will co in a few days?”

“Don’t bla for not warning you. That boy is about to head for Skeleton Graveyard. He’ll probably take the first clear of Skeleton Graveyard on Nightmare difficulty too.”

“Co over now while the other universities still haven’t noticed him yet. I’ll wait for you at the entrance to Skeleton Graveyard.”
