[Lucas is straightforwardly saying this. He is trying to question if you will be an asset for the Lusterfall Kingdon or not.
As Kazumi put it, both sides were currently in a delicate situation. Vincent needed to be accepted by the people in front of him for his survival, while Anna and Lucas couldn’t rely accept Vincent as he could spell the doom of Lusterfall Kingdom.

Vincent was about to drool when he gulped and finally blinked his eyes. His face had beco slightly pale, and the expression on his face beca more tired than before.
“It was a joke, Vincent. I didn’t expect you to ponder that deeply after looking at your body. Did you perhaps check your condition?” Lucas asked.

Vincent grabbed the contract. He and Kazumi read the contract, and the contents didn’t raise an eyebrow. The terms weren’t going to punish those who agree to speak the truth.
