700: Chapter 700: The Sudden Arrival of a Strong Enemy 700: Chapter 700: The Sudden Arrival of a Strong Enemy While Peter Brown was waiting for the response from the Higher-Ups, Robert William’s call ca again, his voice revealing a sense of panic: “Peter, sothing big has happened!”

“What happened?” Peter thought those major families were causing trouble again.

“We’ve used the technology provided by Alexander Carter and can now monitor very far away in space.”

Peter knew that so of the asures on Return-to-Earth Star were good and slightly nodded: “It’s an inevitable matter.”

“But Peter, we discovered a huge spaceship heading towards us through surveillance.

When asked about the origin of the ship, Alexander said that it was from a planet called Death Star and that there are no humans living there, only robots.”

What?

Peter was also shocked: “Where are you?

I’ll be right there.”

After getting the address, Peter mounted his sword, and soon arrived at a place full of soldiers.

Robert Williams and several important people ca out to greet him, with Alexander Carter among the crowd.

“What’s really going on?”

Peter looked at Alexander Carter.

“Please look here, Peter.”

Robert Williams led Peter to a huge screen.

When Peter arrived, he saw an astonishingly large spaceship flying through space.

“This is a planet we estimate to be the size of the moon.” Robert Williams’ expression beca serious.

Alexander Carter added, “Peter, Death Star is the na we give to that Great Star.

As far as I know, Death Star was once a planet that had reached the peak of scientific and technological developnt.

Their technology far surpasses ours.

They’ve followed the path of technological developnt, reaching its peak potential.”

Peter pointed at the incoming spaceship: “Did they make this?”

Alexander Carter’s expression turned solemn: “When Death Star’s developnt reached great heights, intelligent robots also reached their peak.

As a result, the robots broke away from human control and took control of the planet.

These robots possess wisdom far beyond human intelligence, and many subsequent technologies were developed.

They launched conquest wars, occupying one human star planet after another, enslaving the human species.”

At this point, Peter’s gaze fell on the huge spaceship: “With our current technology, it’s impossible to construct a spaceship like this.”

“That’s right, after their technology developed significantly, they invented a kind of Star Forge technology which can blend large amounts of minerals and other materials together.

They prefer to build huge starships that travel through space, creating separate living areas aboard the ship.

Many of the Death Star Clan enjoy adventure and conquering new planets.

Our people from Return-to-Earth Star have fought with them several tis.”

Looking at the spaceship in the starry sky, which was almost as fast as an Escape Starship, Peter’s heart beca tense.

Robert Williams spoke seriously: “According to Alexander, when the Death Star Clan traverses the starry sky and resides on their spaceship, they enjoy doing two things when they arrive in a new place.

First, they conquer the local people, turn so of them into their slaves, and serve them.

The second thing they do is to completely plunder the resources of the planet and incorporate them as part of their spaceship.”

Peter was surprised: “Does that an their spaceship can also get bigger?”

Alexander Carter replied:”Indeed, one of their technologies has the ability to integrate the resources they need into their spaceship so that they only need to destroy the planets inhabited by humans.”

At this ti, Peter could fully imagine the sort of situation that would occur if the Death Star Clan arrived on Earth.

If they did co to Earth, Peter could easily guess what they would do.

The entire Earth would be nearly destroyed.

With a bitter smile, Alexander Carter said: “Peter, not to diminish our own strength, but if we were to fight any other star planet people, we might have so chance of victory.

However, when it cos to fighting the Death Star Clan, we barely stand a chance.”

“Why?”

Peter was not very familiar with the capabilities of the Death Star Clan.

Alexander Carter explained: “There are two powerful aspects to the Death Star Clan.

First, their technology.

The weapons on their spaceship are so powerful that even soone in the Golden Core Stage might not be able to withstand them.

Secondly, their own combat power.

Although they are mortal beings, they have invented a ch armor technology that, when combined with their robot forms, allows them to exhibit a combat power equivalent to the Golden Core Stage.

In battles with Return-to-Earth Star’s experts, we discovered that as long as their heads remain undamaged, they practically have undying bodies.”

Robert Williams looked at Peter and said, “Our biohuman transformation has just begun.

Even with the existence of biohumans, there are not many people who can fight against them.

Even if you personally lead the charge, our power is still woefully inadequate.”

After looking at Robert Williams, Peter asked: “What do you plan to do?”

With a bitter smile, Robert Williams replied: “Now that everyone knows the situation, facing such a powerful enemy, we Earthlings have no choice but to surrender.

We simply can’t win!”

Alexander Carter added: “In all honesty, with our current strength, there’s simply no way we can defeat them.”

Peter asked: “What was the outco of your battles with them?”

Alexander Carter replied: “Each ti we fought the Death Star Clan, we were able to inflict heavy losses on them.

However, they are machines.

As long as they obtain a corpse, their first move is to take possession of it before departing.”

After carefully listening to Alexander Carter’s introduction, Peter’s mind quickly began to spin.

Facing the arrival of chanical beings, Earth was truly unprepared.

“I’ll go to space to check it out.” Peter wanted to see the city-sized planet for himself.

Of course, Peter also learned about so of his own capabilities in the process.

After contemplating for a while, Peter mounted his sword and headed for space.

His first battle against foreign robots was sothing Peter had never anticipated before.

Fortunately, Peter knew he had a few tricks up his sleeve.

With the sudden developnt of events, Peter could no longer worry about matters concerning the families.
