570: Chapter 569: Soul Confusing Powder 570: Chapter 569: Soul Confusing Powder Peter Brown expanded this Space Domain, creating enough space for alchemy, and then began to ponder over his plans.

The Arctic Nation obtained an inheritance from the Demon Beast Sect.

However, they probably didn’t have much demon beast blood, or if they had, they couldn’t mass-produce Biohumans.

Therefore, their current plan was to build a Biochemical Army using fierce beasts’ blood as much as possible.

The problem now was that Peter didn’t know the exact number of Biohumans they had, nor did he know how powerful their most potent Biohuman was.

Initially, Peter thought of using Mind Control Pills to control these Biohumans and make them kill each other.

However, he imdiately dismissed this idea.

Mind Control Pills weren’t a guaranteed thod.

The inheritance he obtained stated that Mind Control Pills could only control people after they had been forcibly fed, and those controlled had to have lower cultivation than him.

If the opponent’s Divine Sense was stronger than his, controlling them would be too difficult.

Since it wasn’t suitable, Peter began to look for other thods.

After so thought, Peter slapped his thigh.

There was no need for him to control them personally – as long as he incited them to kill each other, it would suffice.

Robert Williams’ intent was crystal clear; he wanted to destroy this base.

With this in mind, the difficulty seed much reduced.

It was then that Peter rembered a prescription he got from the sea demons.

Not an Elixir Formula, but a dispersible dicine, known as Soul Confusing Gas.

Sea demons could use special materials from the bodies of sea creatures to craft a disperse dicine which could be released into the air.

Once released, it would transform into a gas and induce a confusing effect.

Moreover, those under the effects would be filled with murderous intent and would kill any living creatures they encountered until the effects wore off and they died.

Though it was extrely cruel, Peter had no choice but to resort to this.

If such an army were allowed to surface, the Hua Nation, among others, would be dood.

And this was sothing Peter couldn’t sit by and watch happen.

This dicine didn’t necessarily require a high-grade Pill Furnace to manufacture.

Peter had many Pill Furnaces inside his ring, and all it took was to fetch one.

He then took out the large quantity of materials he had obtained from the Undersea Royal City.

Soon, Peter completely imrsed himself in the refining process of the Soul Confusing Powder.

Soul Confusing Powder was not particularly difficult to make.

Within a day’s ti, Peter had produced several large packages of it.

Okay, now it remained to be seen whether this substance would have the effect he anticipated.

After packing up the Soul Confusing Powder, Peter again arrived at the place which served as an asylum for the insane and ferocious beasts.

Upon reaching there, Peter imdiately opened a packet of the Soul Confusing Powder.

With the unfolding of the Soul Confusing Powder, Peter found as expected, it turned into gas and circulated in the area.

By now, Peter had already ingested an Antidote Pill, so he wasn’t affected.

At this mont, Peter noticed sothing – the effects of the Soul Confusing Powder were spreading with the air in every direction.

Peter firstly laid out so weapons he had collected from the Eastern Kingdom on the ground, then he unlocked so of the cell doors.

The crazed prisoners who erged, possibly due to the soldier instincts, naturally picked up the weapons from the ground and then ran in a frenzy towards the paths leading to other locations.

Interesting!

Peter, still concealed by the Invisibility Talisman, followed a few madn towards the largest path.

As the effect of the Soul Confusing Gas deepened, the further these crazed individuals walked, the more frenzied they beca, complete with an intense, violent disposition.

The sound of weapons reverberated in every corner underground, and Peter was clueless about the direction things would take.

Peter then appeared in a massive space where white-coated research personnel were conducting experints.

When the madn rushing in saw people, they raised their weapons and attacked without hesitation.

In an instant, the cavern was littered with dead and wounded.

Protected by various defensive asures, bullets posed no threat to Peter.

As Peter walked to a container, he saw a dissected corpse of a failed evolutionary inside it.

Looking around, such experints were happening everywhere.

Who knows how many people have died in this place!

Seeing everything here, Peter’s earlier heartache for killing so many people significantly faded.

Despite these people wearing white coats, the deeds they were performing were truly evil.

Just as Peter was thinking these thoughts, an alarm suddenly blared throughout the cavern.

Peter had a sudden thought, and instantly activated his Earth Drilling Escape, quickly leaving the mountain.

Once he erged from underground, Peter moved to a more distant location.

Looking in the direction of the mountain, Peter felt a sense of trepidation in his heart.

Suddenly, there was a loud explosion, and the entire mountain erupted.

How ruthless!

Seeing this, Peter could make an educated guess as to what had happened.

After such a massive disturbance occurred inside, the Arctic Nation probably thought the situation had beco uncontrollable.

So, they simply initiated an explosive program that flattened the entire mountain.

No wonder he felt fear deep in his heart just now.

Turns out, this was the result!

Peter started to feel a strong sense of dread.

If he hadn’t left quickly, he might have been blown up inside the mountain.

Now, thinking about it, he understood their thought process.

They hadn’t been able to track him down, so when they saw the weird happenings inside the mountain, they must have suspected that he was infesting it.

By blowing up the mountain, aside from containing the situation, they likely hoped to blast him to death within it as well.

Looking at the aftermath of the explosion, Peter guessed there must have been so kind of a setup inside from the beginning.

The power from the explosion was too significant.

What if there was soone else inside?

Peter shook his head.

Even a cultivator at the Foundation Establishnt stage would have had a very slim chance of escaping that spot in such a short ti.

Even if they were at the Foundation Establishnt stage, they would have probably lost their lives in the sudden explosion.

They must have caught onto the traces of his presence inside!

After mulling over these things, Peter felt that the person directing the other side must be very experienced.

Their ability to decide was remarkably decisive.

However, they probably had no idea about his various ans.
