Everything quieted down. Apart from the still-operating formation, the only person standing here was Peter Brown.
Is it really over?
Peter felt a sense of disbelief. A Saint-level expert had fallen!
Yet, the reality was exactly as it seed.
Looking once more at the Saint seated cross-legged within the formation, who was entirely different from the original Giant Clan Saint, Peter knew sothing extraordinary had transpired.
Turning his gaze to the distant azure sky, a peculiar aura suddenly erupted. Then, a unique will began to dissipate.
This was the aura—the will—of a Saint!
Peter was already familiar with this phenonon. Whenever a Saint fell, such an aura would naturally appear in the sky.
A Saint was truly slain!
In fact, this battle wasn’t rely being observed by the two warring races. Saints from various worlds had locked their divine senses here. Each held different intentions: if the Giant Clan’s advance went smoothly and the Human Clan couldn’t resist, other realms would likely initiate attacks on this battlefield.
Yet, just as the Giant Clan seed to gain ground, an army of One Hundred Thousand disappeared. Right after, one of the two locked Saints had arrived at the battlefield.
Initially, everyone thought the arrival of a Saint would naturally steer the war in a new direction. But, once the Saint appeared, the battle took an unforeseen turn.
While everyone watched intently, the Saint fell.
What’s happening?
Everyone was stupefied. None of them had imagined that a Giant Clan Saint could fall. If anyone was going to die, it should’ve been a Human Clan Saint!
At this mont, Peter had received a transmission from the Saint of Heaven Origin, requesting him to enter the Space Domain to et.
Soon, Peter stepped into the Space Domain.
Now, Saints from all sides had sent their avatars to enter, and Peter likewise entered as an avatar.
All eyes turned to Peter. The anticipation in their gazes was unmistakable.
The Northern Saint asked loudly, "A Giant Clan Saint has fallen! Do you know what happened?"
Peter replied calmly, "Not much. Their vanguard army of One Hundred Thousand was wiped out. Afterwards, that Saint arrived, and I invoked the Killing Saints Formation to directly take him down."
Ah!
Everyone burst into astonishnt as they looked at Peter again, completely dumbstruck. Although most had guessed this must’ve been Peter’s doing, hearing him admit it still left them shaken. This Quasi-Saint-level young man was incredible!
"You used a formation to kill him?"
Peter nodded slightly. "Correct."
The Saint of Heaven Origin was montarily surprised, then burst into laughter. After a long laugh, he exclaid, "Heaven bless our Human Tribe!"
All Saints exhaled in relief. Ever since the Human Clan had lost two Saints, their situation had beco perilous. Everyone understood that their survival was now on borrowed ti. Without a powerful Saint erging, there would be no chance of reversing their fate.
Just when despair lood over everyone, Peter’s appearance proved perfectly tid. After this battle, the fall of another Giant Clan Saint undoubtedly tipped the overall war in favor of the Human Clan.
"Peter, do you still have strength for the Eastern Battlefield?"
Everyone knew Peter had just battled a Saint and killed him. Normally, victory in such a battle would co at a price, and they worried Peter’s formation might’ve been damaged.
"No problem. Leave the Eastern region to ."
Peter was brimming with fighting spirit now. Since his formation was so formidable, he naturally felt no fear of any Saints who dared to co.
The Saint of Heaven Origin laughed heartily and said, "Excellent! If they dare invade, kill another Saint! After that, they surely won’t dare step in!"
While they deliberated, the Giant Clan Saint overseeing this region was left utterly stunned. He hadn’t expected this turn of events.
He knew about the fallen Saint being dispatched for support. In his view, receiving a call for reinforcents would an rushing over to assist in ti. But surprisingly, no signal for help was received. He’d assud the Saint would have absolute control over the situation, and had analyzed the Human Clan’s dispatched units, finding that no Saints had been sent.
He’d felt assured about the dispatched Saint’s safety, believing nothing would go wrong.
The puny Human Clan seed dood to perish. Even an additional Saint wouldn’t change the current predicant.
But what he never expected was for the entire situation to go against all his predictions, and for the supposedly invincible Saint to fall.
Gazing at the rapidly dissipating energy and the distinct aura marking a Saint’s fall in the sky, he turned to a Quasi Saint in front of him and asked gravely, "What exactly happened?"
The Quasi Saint was equally baffled. He didn’t know what had taken place and could only stamr, "The Vanguard Army of One Hundred Thousand was annihilated... It all happened in such a short ti. The Saint promptly rushed to the battlefield after learning of the situation, but—calculating the tiline—it was only a brief mont before the Saint fell. We’ve lost all communication with that direction, and Heavenly Secret seems to have been disrupted. Even through calculations, we can’t determine what occurred in that area."
In truth, this Saint had already spent ti attempting divinations about the battlefield but failed to derive any useful insights. All he could discern was the presence of a Human Clan Quasi-Saint there. How the Saint died was entirely unfathomable.
A Quasi Saint?
A massive barrier projected itself before him, revealing Peter’s figure.
Staring at Peter, the Saint scrutinized him thoroughly but couldn’t discern anything particularly extraordinary.
Could it really have been him?
Unable to contain his curiosity, the Saint disappeared in an instant, stepping forward to personally uncover the truth behind this Human Quasi-Saint.
Saints across the various realms sat in stunned silence.
By all accounts, battles involving Saints should be earth-shattering affairs that dragged on for lengthy periods. But this Human Quasi-Saint, through unknown thods, had vanquished a Saint in an astoundingly short span—and left no calculable trace. What kind of heaven-defying figure was this?
"Let’s continue observing."
Orders were issued one after another. Everyone realized the dynamics of the Human Clan battlefield had drastically shifted. Trendous uncertainties shrouded the war here, and no realm dared launch an attack against the Human Clan lightly now.
