1742: Chapter 1740: Out of the Forest 1742: Chapter 1740: Out of the Forest After taking care of so matters, Peter Brown once again entered into the Holy Sanctuary.
With the AI in command of the situation on Earth, Peter thought that his presence wouldn’t make much of a difference.
The cleanup work on the ground would be done by the country, and in Outer Space, the military forces from Earth were still very limited.
They could only rely on his own arrangents, and he believed that those preparations were not sothing that Network users of Level 10 could easily overco.
There didn’t seem to be any problems, at least not in the short term, so Peter naturally wanted to continue on his road to Becoming a Saint.
This ti, Peter was much better prepared.
He wore a Space Ring on his finger, created using space technology.
It wasn’t the type of Ring used by cultivators, but just a folding space.
However, it was sufficient to store Peter’s items.
Inside the Ring, Peter placed a large amount of crystal cores, Crystal Core Guns, Nanosuits, Flying Attack Vehicles, unmanned aircraft, and so food.
Peter appeared at the sa location where he had left.
After so Investigation, he was satisfied with the situation; no fierce beasts were in sight, probably because the imposing power of those two giants was still lingering.
The unmanned aircraft went ahead to scout the path, followed by occasional attacks on the forest by so Flying Cars at the Rear.
Only after Peter confird that there were no problems did he drive his own Flying Attack Vehicle forward.
This ti, Peter adopted a far more flexible approach—whenever he encountered danger, he would take a detour.
Of course, along the way, there were still a few instances of being attacked by powerful Flying Beasts and fierce beasts.
To escape, Peter was forced to use his Crystal Core Gun several tis.
However, with the formidable Power of the Crystal Core Gun, the attacking Flying Beasts and fierce beasts eventually retreated to their territories and seed undetermined to pursue him any further.
And so, after a continuous journey of two months, Peter’s eyes lit up with surprise as he finally found himself leaving the forest.
It’s colossal!
Just what kind of place is this?
By now, Peter had a much better understanding of the enormity of this forest.
During the two months of travel, Peter had seen at least a hundred different villages of residents, but he chose to ignore them and continued flying past.
Standing here looking into the distance, Peter had no idea what kind of people he was about to encounter.
However, from his observations here, Peter had a feeling that everything in this place was extraordinary.
Entering the Flying Car, Peter continued onwards into the distance.
“Boom!”
A loud noise echoed as the unmanned aircraft flying ahead was suddenly obliterated completely by a powerful force.
Before Peter could react, bursts of energy shot towards the sky, then all his unmanned aircraft and the scouting Flying Cars were blasted into wreckage in an instant.
What’s going on?
Peter dared not continue flying and was forced to make a rapid descent.
As Peter’s Flying Car was landing, before he could even make sense of the situation, a group of Soldiers clad in Armor had already charged up close.
The approaching n appeared to be very powerful; each of them exuded an overwhelming presence, their eyes fixed squarely on Peter.
Looking at the individuals brimming with Power, their Weapons pointed directly at him, Peter resisted the urge to reach for his Crystal Core Gun and stepped out of his Flying Attack Vehicle.
“Did you co out of Despair Forest?” the head figure looked at Peter for a while before asking.
Peter understood their language through his translator, realizing that it wasn’t the language he had learned in the forest.
After a brief pause, Peter boldly replied in his Earth language, “My na is Peter Brown.
I ca from the forest.”
To Peter’s surprise, as soon as he spoke in Earth’s language, one of the middle-aged n’s eyes lit up, he looked at Peter and asked, “How do you know God’s language?”
God’s language?
Peter looked at the man puzzled and replied, “I don’t know what God’s language is.
I ca through the Sacred Bonds Passage, wandered the forest for a few years, and only then managed to co here with the help of so inventions and Machines.”
What Peter did not expect was that his words greatly diminished the hostility of the group, and the leader also replied using God’s language, “I never thought that after so many years, soone else could co out of the absolute forest.
Your Machines are not very useful here.
Now that you’ve arrived, you naturally beco a part of this place.
From now on, you are a mber of the Shang Kingdom.”
Peter, not knowing the full situation, asked with uncertainty, “Isn’t this the Holy Sanctuary?
How co there are so many people?”
Looking at Peter, the leader smiled and replied, “Why can’t there be so many people here?”
At this mont, Peter truly didn’t know what to say.
With a Split of his blade, the leader effortlessly slashed open Peter’s Flying Attack Vehicle.
Peter’s expression tensed.
He wasn’t upset about the destroyed vehicle, but he was stunned by the leader’s stroke of Great Power.
The Flying Car had a strong defense and was made from very durable materials, yet it had no defense against the leader’s sword.
Seeing Peter’s confusion, the leader explained, “Here, it’s your own Power that counts.
These Machines are useless.
My strike was to tell you, you are weak, your Machines are weak.
From now on, you need to rely on your own developnt.
Co on, let’s go.”
Turning around, the group marched forward confidently.
So powerful!
As Peter observed these individuals, he could clearly sense the Great Power within them.
Just what kind of place had he co to?
With his head filled with questions, Peter followed closely behind them.
As they walked, they didn’t talk much, but the man who recognized Peter’s speech as God’s language seed a bit more approachable, saying, “The planet you ca from must belong to the Lower Realm.
Many from the Lower Realms have to struggle for survival upon arriving here.
Your current state is truly weak, even weaker than our Indigenous People.
You see us as strong, but here we are just ordinary Soldiers.”
“Are there really a lot of people here?”
“That’s right, very many.
There are nurous kingdoms, and you’ve arrived at the perfect ti, during the years of holy fate.
It’s an era of rising heroes and chaos everywhere.
Opportunities abound as well as dangers, so be very careful.”
Originally, Peter thought that there wouldn’t be many people in this world, but only now did he realize that he was actually the weakest among them.
