1629: Chapter 1627: Seeking Allies 1629: Chapter 1627: Seeking Allies Peter Brown had always been thinking about how to deal with the Carter Clan.

Suddenly, he thought of a person nad Leo Jones, ntioned during a call by Rylan Williams, realizing this person must be Rylan’s real rival.

Perhaps he could be of use.

After thinking for a while, a wave of fatigue washed over him, and Peter drifted into sleep.

When he woke up the next day, Peter thought again about his own issues.

The pressure from the Carter Clan was sowhat overwhelming, and without resolving this, Peter felt he truly couldn’t settle down.

Although Peter could easily leave this place, losing without a fight was not what he wanted.

He had to fight no matter what.

He drove back early in the morning and arrived at County Town before work hours.

After breakfast, Peter entered his office, and the two beauties were already there at work.

Previously, Peter was the earliest one at the office, but now, these two beauties seed to be competing, or sothing of that sort, as Peter observed a subtle rivalry between them.

Seeing that the floor had already been mopped and the tea was ready, Leah Nelson was watering the plants with a spray bottle while Imogen Jones had just co back from rinsing the mop, Peter asked with a smile, “Did you have breakfast?”

“Director, you look so happy.

Did you do well on the test?” Imogen’s face lit up with a smile.

Both won were attractive, and their charming deanor greatly lifted Peter’s spirits.

Smiling, Peter said, “You girls must have heard the legends by now, the exam questions were really tough.”

Leah laughed, “Since everyone did poorly, it’s not that big a deal then.”

After sitting down and looking at both won, each clad in tight jeans that accentuated their legs, Peter found them particularly enticing, especially when they bent over.

Sitting in their chairs, both won took out mirrors and started preening, an action that truly caught Peter’s attention.

The two beauties perhaps did it intentionally, occasionally flaunting their slender figures in front of Peter which was quite tempting.

Seeing such beauties every day yet not being able to win over any of them made Peter kind of zone out, and he suddenly pictured the scene where he danced with Leah.

Maybe it was ti to organize sothing?

Lost in his thoughts for a while, Peter glanced at the leader’s room when Leah said, “Our branch is quite interesting nowadays, most leaders barely co to work, I wonder where they are busy.”

Imogen added, “There hasn’t been much going on recently, except for the examinations, which might be a big deal, I heard people discussing it early in the morning.”

The two beauties fiercely competed behind the scenes, yet outwardly they seed as close as if they were wearing the sa pair of pants, a sight that left Peter sighing internally.

After dealing with so work matters, Peter turned on his computer and began searching for information about Leo Jones.

To Peter’s surprise, his search turned up a wealth of information about the guy.

Leo Jones was the chairman of a listed company, adorned with nurous titles such as Young Entrepreneur, Top Ten Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs, Technology Innovation Talent…

Looking at each title, Peter imdiately pictured a successful young professional standing before him.

Wow, that impressive?

However, thinking about how he could stand up to Rylan Williams, Peter shook his head; this kid’s awesoness probably wasn’t all his own doing, but rather that of the people behind him.

Yet, when Peter searched for Rylan Williams in the sa way, he also couldn’t find any information on Leo’s ancestors.

After a while, Peter understood that Leo’s company, a high-tech enterprise with a substantial market valuation and stock price, initially dealt in real estate then ventured into online gas, and was involved in many other sectors—an utterly eclectic company.

At this point, Peter thought of an online joke he had seen last ti and couldn’t help but smile.

Leah, who seed to have been observing Peter discreetly, said, “Director, what funny thing did you see?

You’re smiling so broadly!”

Imogen also laughed, “You must have thought of sothing good.

Share it with us.”

Peter replied, “I just saw soone summarize the concept of stock trading in a funny way.”

“What’s the funny content?

Send it over.”

Peter searched for a mont, then sent it to the two won.

“I plan to acquire 200 public toilets, aiming for an IPO on the growth enterprise board.

Reasons: dealing with excretion has an environntal concept, testing excretion cos with a dical and health concept, add WIFI and an APP feature to find public toilets, and there is the Internet concept, acquire a few toilets in Xinjiang for the Belt and Road concept, install an automatic door for the Industrial 4.0 concept, add a photovoltaic roof for new energy, integrate automatic sensing flushing that’s like robots, include a card charging system for big finance, post so advertisents for new dia, have beggars sitting at the door for P2P crowdfunding, grow so cabbage outside for big agriculture, free for soldiers to add a military concept.

Such an aweso IPO will surely skyrocket at the opening.

When the market settles, change toilets for slots, inject assets and restructure for another several tis jump, I’ve even thought of a na, Xiang Ge Li La.

Wait until the stock plate is right, then rena it to Central Pit Faction, with [Central] in the na.

Once that’s sufficiently speculated, rge the male and female toilets, calling it China Central Pit!”

After reading the content Peter found, both won laughed heartily.

Leah said laughing, “Whoever wrote this is so talented, isn’t that just like our stock market now?”

Imogen chid in, “You guys might not believe it, but everyone plays with concepts; with a concept, the stock just keeps soaring.

Director, it looks like you want to join the ranks of stock trading veterans.”

“Just exploring, I might not really invest, everyone says it, the stock market is risky.”

Leah said, “Interest on savings isn’t high now, everyone is playing with wealth managent, trying to appreciate the value seems like a good idea.”

The group then started discussing stock trading again.

However, Peter’s attention remained on studying Leo Jones’s circumstances.

As he researched, he collected details about the company, including phone numbers.

With these phone numbers, Peter didn’t believe he couldn’t find information on Leo Jones.
