Chapter 85: Liar and Lie
Luo Tao did not answer Mo Cheng’s question. Instead, he asked, “How did you know that I would fall for it?”
Mo Cheng did not want to admit it at first, but Luo Tao’s gaze was too sharp. He could only reluctantly say, “I thought that you liked spicy dishes and that you would eat the fried eggs with green peppers first.”
These words made Luo Tao chuckle. “Even your sister hasn’t noticed.”
“Ah?” Mo Cheng was surprised.
Luo Tao recalled that when he was young, he was told by his family not to show anything that he particularly liked or disliked. Because he was still young at that ti, he could not completely hide his emotions, it was not until he got food poisoning that he learned his lesson.
“How did you realize?” Luo Tao asked.

After a long silence, Mo Cheng spoke again, “I don’t know your identity and intention, but please don’t hurt my sister.”
Luo Tao replied without hesitation, “Okay.”
From the things that Luo Tao had given both Mo Cheng and his sister, Mo Cheng could roughly guess that Luo Tao’s real identity was either rich or noble.
It seed unlikely that Luo Tao was here for Mo Yan on purpose.
Although the two of them were close, it was very likely that they hadn’t gone too far yet. This made Mo Cheng feel much more at ease.
“Brother-in-law, I have sothing to ask you.”
Luo Tao changed into his usual calm expression. He felt that Mo Cheng was trying to communicate with him as the brother of his wife.

“If one day you reveal your true identity, will you abandon my sister?” As Mo Cheng spoke, he pushed the watch that Luo Tao gave him back.
Luo Tao glanced at the box and raised his head to look at Mo Cheng.
Although he had so thoughts of bringing Mo Yan back to the Huo family, he was not sure yet, so he could not give Mo Cheng an answer.
Seeing that Luo Tao still did not answer, Mo Cheng did not force him, he continued, “Brother-in-law, I can see that my sister likes you very much. I hope that you won’t make her sad. Although Luo Tao could not tell if hiding his identity was a white lie, this lie had allowed him to et Mo Yan. No matter how things developed, this mory was still beautiful.
“Liar.” Mo Cheng muttered in a low voice.
Luo Tao did not take Mo Cheng’s words seriously. He did not need outsiders to tell him what to do with Mo Yan.
He threw the wristwatch to Mo Cheng again and said, “It’s up to you whether you want to wear it or not.” This ant that he would not accept the return of what he had given him.
The next day, Mo Cheng left the two’s house according to the decision he had made.
Before he left, Mo Cheng had repeatedly reminded Mo Yan. Hearing this, Luo Tao wanted to shut this kid’s mouth. If it wasn’t for the fact that the two of them had a tacit understanding that they wouldn’t ntion what happened last night, Mo Cheng might have said that Luo Tao was an extrely dangerous person.

After sending Mo Cheng off, Mo Yan took a taxi to rush to the company.
For the sake of her little brother’s safety, Mo Yan could only make another request to Luo Tao. “Luo Tao, can you help visit Mo Cheng more during this period of ti? I’m still worried.”
Luo Tao chuckled and replied, “Okay.”
Although Mo Cheng took the watch, he did not wear it him. This made Luo Tao curious as to how Mo Cheng was going to deal with those who bullied him.
