Zhang Xiaoshan imdiately felt a bit guilty as he spoke.

Jiang Man was stunned, unsure of how to answer Zhang Xiaoshan. She felt a bit guilty as she shifted her gaze away and turned to look out the window before softly speaking.

Zhang Xiaoshan wasn’t surprised by the response and even felt sowhat grateful for Jiang Man’s honesty.
"Right, you already said it, it’s impossible for us to be together. Then why do you care about who I’m with? You can’t expect to never marry or find other won. To put it bluntly, isn’t this just standing over an empty toilet pit without defecating?"

Jiang Man’s attitude softened, and she even seed sowhat embarrassed.
