It hadn’t even been half an hour since Shen Qiushan sent the ssage, but already Liu Fang and Zhang Qianyi from the Literature Club, Wu Junming and Zhou Yuan from the Go Club, plus Cheng Yuanyuan and Yao Shutong from the Pop Music Club—all of them showed up at the tavern with their crews.

A whole swarm of thirty or forty people.

"Old Shen, you just tell us what to do!"

"President, everyone I brought’s got work experience!"

"Teacher Shen, our club’s motto is: we do as we’re told."

Shen Qiushan hadn’t expected these kids to be so proactive. He pointed to Lin Xiamo nearby: "Just follow Secretary Lin’s instructions."

"She’s the person in charge of the tavern!"

"Manager Hu here is an option too, she’s head of marketing!"

Shen Qiushan straight up gave Hu Tingting a marketing manager title—for himself, all he wanted was to be the hands-off boss, since he didn’t care much about running the tavern at all.

Lin Xiamo and Hu Tingting were the lead singer and bassist for the Red Rose Band, and lately they’d really blown up online. Naturally, all the students were excited to help out under their guidance.

"If you’ve got waiter experience, raise your hand and co with ."

The tavern was practically at full capacity, and help was urgently needed. Lin Xiamo didn’t waste words, she just rounded up everyone with experience and put them straight to work.

"Yuanyuan, pick out a few people to jumpstart the performance section..."

Lin Xiamo assigned another task to Cheng Yuanyuan from the Pop Music Club.

Normally, there weren’t live shows in the afternoons because it cost too much to hire perforrs, but mbers of the Pop Music Club, although not as seasoned as pro singers, ca with great value for money. They’d helped out during the grand opening, and were totally fine when it ca to warming up the crowd.

"Xiaowu, take a few folks and manage the queue outside the tavern. Give people lining up so water and snacks..."

No wonder Lin Xiamo was always a leader—she organized everyone who ca to help with total precision.

Shen Qiushan was thrilled. This was exactly the kind of capable "helper" he’d been searching for—now he could kick back and let soone else handle everything.

No kidding.

Lin Xiamo was just too multi-talented.

She could totally cruise by on her looks, just be a pretty face.

But her skills were off the charts, and that’s probably why she’s never found soone who matches her.

She’s so outstanding that ordinary guys naturally don’t catch her eye.

Shen Qiushan grabbed a tall barstool behind the counter and settled in, looking all leisurely.

Right now, Xu Pipa—the rookie bartender—was already on the job, and then there was Ah Wei, the tavern’s seasoned bartender.

The tavern had hit capacity, so both of them were swamped, barely catching their breath.

Shen Qiushan quietly watched as Little Mushroom Head hustled about, and couldn’t help but marvel: This girl really is a top student!

So smart and quick on the uptake—she masters anything in no ti!

She taught herself bartending, and after just a few days, she’s already on par with Ah Wei.

Of course, Shen Qiushan didn’t really know bartending, that’s just how it looked to him.

After a flurry of activity,

Xu Pipa finally caught a breather.

She let out a long sigh—and then noticed that Shen Qiushan, sitting just behind her, seed to have been watching her the whole ti.

Little Mushroom Head flushed a bit, turned and looked at Shen Qiushan. "Uncle Shen, I taught myself. Don’t make fun of !"

"Why would I have the right to make fun of you?"

Shen Qiushan waved his hand, "Honestly, you don’t seem like an amateur at all. You look totally professional."

"Brother Shen, you got that right."

"Pipa’s just got serious talent for bartending—even as an old hand, I’m blown away!"

Ah Wei chid in, and from his tone, it was clear he wasn’t just being polite—he genuinely ant it.

Being praised like that, Little Mushroom Head awkwardly scratched her head.

"You don’t have to co every day—the main thing is focusing on your studies."

Shen Qiushan worried Xu Pipa might end up sacrificing her schoolwork to help at the tavern, so he gave her a stern reminder.

"It’s no problem!"

"I don’t have that much howork right now."

Xu Pipa shook her head quickly. After all, this was Uncle Shen’s tavern, so she was going to give it her all.

And honestly, as a freshman, her workload wasn’t that heavy. Plus, she was studying dicine, where mory work was king—and that was exactly where Xu Pipa excelled.

Stuff that takes others two hours to morize, she can nail in half an hour.

That’s talent for you!

"Alright then."

"You’re a grown-up now, manage your own ti!"

Shen Qiushan reached out and habitually gave her Little Mushroom Head a gentle rub.

The little girl shyly looked down. Maybe it’s the haircut, but people who know her well always liked to ruffle her hair like Shen Qiushan did.

Like Shen Yanran and Lin Jiayu.

But the way Shen Qiushan did it just felt different. Every ti his big hand ssed up her hair, her heart would skip a beat...

"Pipa, one Wolf’s Temptation, please."

Right then, Lin Jiayu—dragged in as extra help—walked up to the bar and called out.

Then, she glanced at Shen Qiushan slouching inside the bar and pouted, "Brother-in-law, you’ve got it way too easy!"

"Jiayu!"

"You just don’t get it. I’m the boss—I have to oversee everything. Sure, I look chill, but it’s exhausting, trust !"

And with that, Shen Qiushan even let out a dramatic sigh, as if to say, "Believe , it’s tough at the top."

"Shen Bapi!"

Lin Jiayu scrunched up her lips and got back to work.

Ever since the tavern opened, it’s been packed nonstop, with lines snaking out the door.

Proof, really, that the internet’s influence goes way further than anyone imagines. Thanks to Red Rose Band’s explosive popularity, they blew up Red Rose Tavern, and even juiced up the whole shopping street near the university.
