"W-Why did you kill them when they already fulfilled their bargain…!"

There was a tinge of shock and slight rage in her voice as Ciel saw the spectacle in front which took a drastic unexpected turn within seconds.

After Seth asked who their boss was in return for the potion, everyone pointed at a single person and the person himself was just gritting his teeth in agitation.

The boss ca out to be the one who attacked Seth when he was about to strike the Artifact holder. The one with the sword.

However, it wasn't the ambusher's identity that made Ciel so worked up.

Seth after discovering the boss, not only didn't spare a single potion for the other twelve, on the contrary, he killed each one of them and left the thirteenth one only!

It was just the opposite of what he promised.

"Take that man. Heal him so he doesn't die in a day and place him 'there'."

Seth put a blind ear to his enraged secretary and ordered his coachman on which the latter just bowed and went to accomplish his duty.

The aftermath of the battle was also taken care of by his servants so Seth didn't wait there for much longer before he started walking toward the Academy.

He just took a glance at the fuming Ciel before he passed judgnt without minding what she has to say at all.

"You are suspended from the council for this week. Reflect on your behavior in the anti"

[Seth's POV:]

"Thank you for the hard work, President."

"Hmm."

The first thing I did after reaching the Academy was to hand over the re-evaluation question papers which took a hell lot out of .

Walking toward the council office, I thought about the bandits I ca across so minutes ago.

The thing which was troubling was their motive. I have worked as a thief before in my last life and I know being a burglar, you have to keep looking for the thing you ca to rob.

However, those people were just trying to solely kill . But, whoever the person has sent them clearly didn't spend good money and hired so asly low-ranking bandits.

Unless…

'They wanted to capture the ambushers?'

It's not impossible that a mastermind could be behind all this who thinks of him as the main villain or sothing and trying to harm from the shadow.

There was no chance, Arata could be involved in this since that hot-blooded guy only believes in direct confrontation. The last thing he would rely on would be plotting when it cos to .

'Well, its no use even I think about it for now… '

___________…

Ciel was extrely agitated since the ti she heard about being suspended for straight three days.

It wasn't the first ti she has been temporarily adjourned from her duties but all the previous tis were because of her fault and it only lasted for a day maximum.

But now, she didn't even know what she did wrong by just sharing a piece of her mind.

She knew that the president must be guilty of what injustice he did that's why he didn't want anyone to keep him reminding of it. And so he threw Ciel away.

**DHAK**

Anabelle had half day off because the re-evaluation test she have to give would start at twelve.

She just got out of the bath while wearing a bathrobe when she heard the heavy thud of the door as an angered roommate entered inside.

"What happened, Ciel? You ca back?"

Unlike Anabelle, Ciel didn't have a day off but since her mood was soured by a certain soone, she chose to take leave from school and stay at the dorm for today.

"What happened you ask huh…The President just happened to be an insensitive jerk, nothing else! "

Anabelle's pupils contacted as emotions left her face. She clenched her fist inside the towel she was using to dry her hair as she reminded herself, how she needed Ciel for the ti being.

'Calm down… rember she's a friend and you have to keep a close relationship with her… '

Anabelle sohow cool herself and in the anti, Ciel also cald down a little albeit completely unaware of Anabelle's current fluctuating thoughts.

Ciel took a glass of water as the other one wore clothes before the two sat side by side.

"Now tell what happened… "

Ciel was a little startled upon hearing the slightly heavy voice of Anabelle but she also needed to wail out her frustration, so she began to narrate the incident that happened in the morning.

[After fifteen minutes]

Ciel spoke everything from morning to the ti when she was left alone on the pathway. She didn't miss a single detail about how they sat in the carriage and how rcilessly Seth killed all those bandits before walking away.

Ciel trusted Anabelle enough to let out such delicate information which the President might decide to keep a secret.

"...hmmm, is that so. Well, it's better you take a bath since you know the blood might have co in your way."

Ciel wasn't sure whether she was stained anywhere or not but taking her friend's advice she took a towel and went for another bath.

Left alone in the room, Anabelle thought of the turn of events, Ciel told about before a wicked smile ford on her lips.

She just like others knew that Seth was a bonafide mage with as much field experience as a third-year should obtain in their schooling period.

Attaining flawless fighting style and killing human beings without rcy was not sothing to be expected a normal teenager unless…

'There's no doubt…It's you… '
