It took so ti but Seth was able to calm Haruka down. He has never seen her crying like this before. She looked adorable but he didn't complint her. It was an awkward ti for that.
Her small nose was already turned red and the corner of her pretty eyes as well. Her skin seed so delicate that rubbing the tissue paper against her skin felt like it would leave a scratch.
Seth chanted so mind-relieving spells without letting her notice it to help her calm down.
"Are you alright, now?" As he handed her a glass of water, Seth asked in slight concern.
Taking small sips of water, she nodded in embarrassnt.
Despite being the older one here, Haruka has shown such an unsightly side of her that was totally unbecoming of a teacher.
However, the things she ca to realize today, made her helplessly reprimand herself for misjudging the situation. Hearing Seth's confession and his commitnt to her made Haruka both elated and regretful.
The warm and fuzzy feeling inside her heart erges from the fact that the person she likes has also the sa feelings for her and it wasn't just re fleeting emotions but rather a promise to carry on their relationship until the very end. And slightly regretful that she previously misunderstood everything on her own and distanced herself from Seth due to her insecurities.
"You don't need to get muddled once again, Haruka. I know you must have your worries and insecurities but I promise you, once I graduate from the Academy, I would officially announce our relationship and ensure that you beco my lawful wife, alright? " While holding her left cheek in his palm, Seth spoke in a gentle tone.
Haruka's eyes slightly widened in shock as she asked, "W-Wife?!"
"You don't want to?" With his brows raised Seth asked in an uncertain voice even though he already knew that wasn't the case.
"No I an...the official title of the wife should be given to a noble lady not soone like . I-I...have n-no pr-problem in b-becoming your c-c-cocunbine..."
It took a lot from the violet-haired teacher to utter those words in such a shaless manner. If her past self would have heard Haruka saying such a thing to a student then she might have died out of sha.
However, the current Haruka was cornered by her feelings and drowned in the emotion called love to think of anything other than being with Seth. Be it an illicit relationship between student and teacher, Haruka doesn't care. As long she could be with Seth society could turn into ruins.
She might not beco as courageous as to profess her love publicly and beco lovey-dovey with Seth without reservations right off the bat, but from this point, she would surely take so initiative.
While Haruka was working on her resolve, Seth was thrown into a slight dilemma.
Marrying soone of no noble ranking would be regarded as morganatic marriage. Duchess Valarie might be lenient but she treasures her reputation. To persuade her regarding the matter would he be a tough task...
Nevertheless, Seth didn't make the lady feel troubled anymore as he assured her, "Don't worry, I will do sothing about it."

After leaving the office, Seth insisted on escorting Haruka to her dorm, and since the latter wanted to spend so ti with the person she has confessed her love to, she readily agreed.
"Ah... " A cute small yelp escaped her lips as she found her hand being wrapped in warmth. Turning her head she realized that Seth has captured her hand with a small smile lifting the edges of his lips.
Her face boiled up as she didn't make any movent in his hold and kept on walking.
"W-We might get seen... " Haruka mumbled under her breath.
"Is there any problem with that? I am holding the hand of my soon-to-be wife...I don't think there should be anyone who would dare stand in our way. " Her nervous muttering was responded to by a confident remark that told Haruka how dedicated Seth was toward their relationship.
'If he can do it... ' Resolving herself, Haruka grew bolder and intervened her fingers with his while trying to maintain a bold front despite her small ears already shaming tomato in comparison.
Seth smirked at that but didn't say anything as they crossed the corridor and walked toward the teacher's dormitory which wasn't far from the main building.
No one ca across them, apart from so cleaning unit staff. They did see them holding hands but aside from bowing their heads in respect, they didn't even mutter a single thing.
'They never show such respect to ... ' Haruka thought since there were tis when many staff mbers just pass by her side and ignore her completely, but it was different today.
"Alright then...I will see you tomorrow?"
Standing while facing each other Seth spoke in an uncertain tone with their hand still connected.
Haruka didn't reply, just stood there while gazing into his eyes with a smile never leaving her face.
'I wish we could stay like this a little longer... ' For Haruka, it felt so unreal that she didn't want to let him go.
And by chance, she forgot to notice how her ntal barrier was slightly breached and her inner voice reached up to her lover.
'...how can I resist...' Seth's last of the restraints crumbled before he stepped forward and picked up the woman in his arms.
"Ahh! Seth?!"
"You are not going ho today. Let's spend so more ti together." Without asking for her consent, Seth levitated away from the spot and headed toward his mansion.
The young couple did not want this day to end this soon...

A large number of soldiers could be seen currently around the won's dorm of the Pristine Academy along with the Headmaster and a certain noble middle-aged man nad Romn AlfredLaila's father.
The said man had a tense look on his face as he chatted with the headmaster regarding the topic of their main concern.
Laila was missing for two days now.
Amidst the discussion, suddenly a soldier ca running toward the group hurriedly as he announced, "We have found sothing, my lord!"
