The news of Alia being pregnant spread like wildfire. Considering the popularity of Richard, it was inevitable.

However, what was astounding was the fact that only a few days passed since they had unprotected intercourse on their wedding night. And since then only twenty days or so might have passed.

And for her to show signs of being pregnant was quite...unexpected.

That was when Scarlette Bellarine told him, "She is the bearer of your first child—soone who would inherit your elental traits and would cause Alia imnse pain."

There was a frown on Bellarine's face when she said, "If your child could stabilize its condition then that's good...but if it couldn't..."

"No, mom...don't say that." Richard stopped her, knowing full well what she was about to utter.

Holding Alia's pale face in his hand, he assured the girl, "Under no circumstances I would let anything happen to you."

Alia's breathing was a little rough, as she held his hand, pressing her face against his warmth, before she said, "I can feel him...our baby...."

Richard was feeling both happy and sad. Although it was already decided that Alia would bear his first child this was still a little early.

In the chaos of the war preparation he wouldn't be able to pay all his ti to his wife, and leaving her here like this would make him feel extrely restless.

Leaning his head to connect with hers, he whispered, "It won't take long, so just bear with it."

Richard got up before telling Lilia, "Please take care of her. I will be back in a mont."

Lilia nodded, "Understood." She signaled toward Violet before the blue-haired girl moved toward the bed while holding cooling pads.

Alia was suffering from the high heat of the baby she had in her womb. That's why, to prevent her from falling unconscious or her organs from receiving any damage, Lilia needs to always maintain her temperature using external sources.

Richard pulled Bellarine out of the room, where Bella, Rena, and Emily were also present.

"How is she?" Emily asked the mont they stepped out.

Richard shook his head, "She...is not doing well but doesn't want to make anxious; that's why she's putting up a bold front." No one knows her better than him.

The girl who always remains blunt and honest with her thoughts, suddenly wearing a facade, would surely not go unnoticed by him.

Emily took a strong gulp of nervousness. She has heard briefly about the special condition of the Scarlette clan, which is why not only she but the others were also worried.

"Brother, is there anything we can do to help?" Bella asked. Naturally, she would be worried given how Alia's condition was severely influencing her brother.

"Maybe you can take the baby out premature given it is in the elental state?" Rena suggested, however,

"No, the baby has to be at least two weeks in her womb while being fed with Richard's flas. Only that would help build the child's consciousness...if not, the baby would end up harming Alia." Bellarine sternly spoke, her voice sounding unusually serious.

Richard asked the older one, "Mom...tell the truth. If the baby cannot manage its elental state, what can I do to save Alia?"

Everyone held their breath upon hearing that.

The pain of giving birth to a burning baby always exhausts the life of the mother. All the won except for the first mother of the Scarlette clan and Bellarine have t the sa fate of dying during childbirth.

However, until now, none has ever tried prioritizing the mother over the child.

Bellarine pinched the bridge of her nose, thinking of any way possible for this to happen...but as far as her knowledge tells her,

"If the baby couldn't stabilize its condition...you either could save the mother or the child."

Everyone turned dead silent after that. Richard clenched his fist as he looked down at the floor.

He already had expected such to be the case, but hearing it from the only one who could have given him the solution just broke all his hopes.

Bellarine approached her son, before holding his hand, "Be positive, child. This is the child of Elental Supre, surely it would be wise and strong."

Richard exhaled a long breath before nodding, "I understand. Then ...tell what I need to do to nourish the child."

"Lady Supre, they are here." Eleanor lifted her eyes from the docunt as she heard the Apostle's voice.

"That's fast." Eleanor raised her brows as she got up from her seat and asked, "Where are they?"

"In the conference hall."

Eleanor nodded before she made her way to the destination.

She sent formal notice just yesterday, and early in the morning they all are here,

'The influence of the church and the fear of the deity they worship...' Eleanor smiled. If she had received such support in the previous life, she would have easily overwheld the demonic army.

Reaching the conference room, she pushed open the door and walked inside, "Good morning, Gentlen."

The seven representatives of the seven empires were all gathered in the conference room.

Not any war or any celebration had brought these seven people together before, and here, a single sixteen-year-old girl was able to pull it off.

Few showed wariness, so had favorable impressions, and so showed complete nonchalance.

Eleanor didn't care what they thought of her. She just knew that their loyalty was absolute since even the thought of betraying her would grant them death.

"Since you all are busy people, let's not beat around the bush." Interlacing her fingers before her mouth, with her elbows on the table, she spoke,

"I want you all to use resources and find the mythical weapon I have listed."

A docunt was served to every Emperor in which the necessary equipnt and weapons were listed that Eleanor would require in order to equip the Apostles.

"So am I now your errand boy?" The Emperor of the southeast, the Empire in the middle of the great desert, spoke with a sneer.

Eleanor glanced at the man, before speaking, "You can reject, surely. But you must be aware of the consequences, right?"

That statent left no room for argunt. Everyone turned silent, despite how bitter they were feeling inside.

Eleanor exhaled a sigh, "Now that you know your role, please act accordingly. Very soon, I would need your support for the very last ti."
