Seeing that Zhao Han didn’t leave for a long ti, Liao Tingyu said with a smile: “Why don’t you co over and help us? Stop watching over there.”

Zhao Han saw that they were busy with their work and had a clear division of labor, and knew that Liao Tingyu was asking for trouble.

Originally, he had so things that he wanted to discuss with Liao Tingyu. Judging from the situation, he probably didn’t have ti to talk to him. Anyway, he was not in a hurry about this matter. He would wait until Liao Tingyu was free to ask for advice.

“I won’t do it. You didn’t invite

to the trip. I’m very angry now. Just go about your business. I went to play by myself.” Zhao Han said duplicity.

Suddenly, he saw a fat mouse in the corner of the kitchen.

The childlike innocence that hadn’t caused trouble for a long ti erged. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t suppress it, so he simply followed his heart.

With a sinister smile on his face, he caught the fat mouse in his hand, tied it around his neck with a thicker hemp rope, and fastened its four legs like shackles to ensure it couldn’t run.

“I don’t know if he’s afraid of this thing,” Zhao Han thought as he walked.

Then, he squatted quietly under the window corner of Liao Tingyu’s study.

Liao Tingyu had a habit of reading a book every night, no matter how busy he was. He was now awaiting the mont when Liao Tingyu would open the window.

.

As the sun set and the moon rose, Liao Tingyu finally finished his previous work. He checked the supplies, and everything seed to be in order.

“Oh, it’s finally done. Now let’s go back, take a shower, get so sleep, and recuperate. We’ll set off tomorrow,” Liao Tingyu said, moving his stiff neck, creating a rattling sound.

“Okay,” the two children were the happiest, holding hands and nodding their little heads.

It had been a long ti since their last picnic, and they always had a lot of fun.

“Brother, should we go find the little rabbit tomorrow?” Mi Li asked Mi Gao.

“My father said there’s a river over there. We can go fishing tomorrow. I don’t know if there are any little rabbits by the river. If there are, we’ll dig out the little rabbit’s nest,” Mi Gao said, planning for tomorrow like an adult.

“Catching fish sounds good. Last ti, my brother went into the water, but I couldn’t. Dad didn’t allow it. I wonder if I can do it this ti,” Mi Li thought about the last ti, watching from afar while his brother and uncle played in the water.

“It should be okay. Let

tell you, my dad carried

into the water when I was your age. You can ask your father to take you to play in the water tomorrow. If you listen to your father well, he’ll agree,” Mi Gao shared his experience.

.

Later, Liao Tingyu felt a bit uneasy. Why did he feel like he had dug a hole for himself?

“Big brother, tomorrow is up to you,” Liao Tingyu said to Liao Shi, who was one step behind.

Liao Shi thought for a mont and nodded, “Don’t worry, little brother. I’ll pay more attention to the rice grains.”

Mother Deng’s ears perked up as she looked at the two little figures jumping around. She said, “These two little things are really happy today. I don’t know when they’ll fall asleep tonight.”

“Whatever it is, as long as drowsiness cos, they’ll naturally fall asleep. If they haven’t slept enough, wake them up tomorrow morning and put them in the carriage. The can sleep in the carriage,” Liao Tingyu suggested.

On the way back to the room, Liao Tingyu first went to the study to get books.

Zhao Han, with his feet numb from squatting, sighed in relief as the person finally appeared, thinking, ‘Took you long enough. I thought I was waiting in vain. Hehe, I’ll give you a big surprise in a minute, my dear ntor!’

He threw the fat mouse out and took advantage of Liao Tingyu’s distraction to make a quick escape.

Hearing a sound from behind, Zhao Han couldn’t help but muffle a laugh. In the dim light, a soft object fell on him, emitting a sad chirping sound.

Suddenly, a squeaking noise startled Liao Tingyu, and he exclaid, “Ah!”

Huang Zilan, waiting at the door, rushed over upon hearing this. Spotting the tied-up rat, he kicked it out.

“Are you okay?” he asked with concern.

Liao Tingyu shook his head, grinning, “It’s fine. Zhao Han is really in a hurry. We’ll see how I deal with him tomorrow.”

Huang Zilan glanced at the fat mouse, suggesting, “How about we put this thing on his bed?”

Liao Tingyu, surprised, gave him a thumbs up, “He should be far away by now. Let’s go in the middle of the night. This little brat is getting more unruly.”

.

Later, Zhao Han slept with the fat mouse in the sa room, but unfortunately, the fat mouse t a swift end when Zhao Han shot it as soon as it made a sound.

Upon waking up, Zhao Han, seeing the fat mouse with dried blood, remarked, “It’s so fat. I’ll ask the chef to roast it. Liao Tingyu really doesn’t appreciate good food; he’s giving

good advantage.”
