A few minutes later, Arit and Luna were walking into the kitchen with slight limps. They were both wearing very short shorts. Arit had on one of Mark's t-shirts over the shorts and Luna was wearing one of her sports crop tops that left her stomach exposed.
Once Arit saw Mark at the stove frying so bacon, she ca up to him and kissed him on the cheek while hugging him from behind.
"Morning, babe. Thanks for making breakfast."
Arit greeted Mark softly and Mark smiled and returned the greeting while turning the bacon over. Luna ca over to Mark from the side and pulled him in for a quick kiss with a smile and a greeting before heading to the table while talking.
"I still think we should get a permanent maid to handle the chores. Don't tell you're not tired after last night. I don't think I would've been able to move if Arit didn't drag out of bed."
Mark chuckled at Luna's words and Arit just rolled her eyes and went to grab so plates before telling Luna to help out with setting the table. This wasn't the first ti Luna was bringing up the topic of getting a permanent housemaid, so both of them were already used to it by now.
Luna was already used to having a lot of maids who did everything for her, so this new way of life where the three of them stayed alone and did almost everything themselves was very new to her. In fact, it was only after living with Arit and Mark that Luna figured out what to do with a washing machine, and if not for Arit, Luna would have ended up ruining all her clothes in the dryer.
Luna had been telling Mark and Arit that they should get a maid to handle their chores since they could afford it, and at first, Arit was adamant that they didn't need one. Arit was very old-school and she always said that she enjoyed handling the chores at ho. But after Arit started working at the hospital and the three of them got less and less ti to do all the things they wanted to do, Arit had to finally agree that a maid was necessary and they got one that would co to the house whenever they weren't around to handle the cleaning and laundry for them.
But as far as food was concerned, Arit put her foot down and said that they were going to handle it themselves no matter what! As far as Arit was concerned, cooking and eating together was sothing that brought a family closer, and making soone else do that for them was only going to pull them apart!
Mark wouldn't have minded getting a maid for the food, but when he saw how much Arit cherished their alone ti during al prep and eating, he decided to agree to her decision, and his agreeing to it finally made Luna give up on that one.
"I still think we should get the maid."
Luna grumbled slightly as she collected the plates Arit handed her and Arit leaned up on her toes and kissed Mark on the lips for a long mont before she smiled and grabbed the bread from the kitchen cabinet. Arit walked over to the small counter where Luna was sitting while talking to Luna.
"You're just saying that because you're lazy to make anything. Don't think I haven't been seeing the packets of chips and ice cream bars you hide at the back of the fridge. If you weren't a superhuman, there's no way you would be able to keep your figure with how much junk you eat."
Luna blushed in embarrassnt as Arit called her out on her eating habits and she huffed and grabbed one of the breads off the plate Arit was carrying.
"Well, I'm a superhuman, so I don't need to worry about that, now do I?"
Arit smiled as Luna began heading for the dining table in the other room and Arit followed after her with the bread. Mark ca out a few minutes later with the bacon and all three of them sat around the table to eat.
Luna asked Arit if Talia wouldn't be coming back soon and Arit said that Talia was going to be staying the weekend over at Jas' place. They were playing so two-player video ga, so they were going to be busy all weekend.
Luna looked a little curious about what the video ga was and she sighed as she realized she hadn't had ti to play any video gas for the past few months due to the recent surge in missions. Since they had the weekend free, Luna swore that she would play as many gas as possible! Luna turned with a smile and asked Mark if he was going to be doing anything! If he wasn't busy, then the three of them could play sothing together!
Mark raised a brow at her question before he humd and said that he would be mostly free.
"Hao got back to earlier and said we'll have a eting with Henry on Tuesday about the Japan business. That's around the ti I get back from France and you get back from Madagascar. We're leaving on Sunday, but we should have the rest of the weekend free if there aren't any ergencies."
Both Luna and Arit were surprised when they heard Mark say that he was going to have a eting with Henry. They both knew how much bad blood there was between the two of them, so they knew that for Mark to agree to a eting ant that whatever was going to happen there was very important.
But that wasn't important right now since it was still more than four days away. Luna smiled and spoke up while leaning into Mark.
"So, you're free…?"

Mark chuckled lightly.
"Yeah, I'm free. I'll play with you as much as you want."
Luna cheered in excitent and gave Mark a peck and she quickly grabbed two pieces of bacon and toast from the table before she raced off to go and find a ga for them to play! Arit quickly called out for Luna to stop! They weren't done with breakfast yet!
But Luna had left so quickly that Arit didn't even have ti to stop her!
Arit sighed at the childish behavior from Luna. If soone looked at the three of them, they would never think that Luna was actually the oldest one in this relationship. Mark just chuckled and told Arit to leave Luna be.
"You know how she is about gas. We haven't had this much ti together in a while, so let her go crazy. How about you, do you think Jeanne will call you back to the hospital soon for another shift?"
Arit sighed again at Mark's question and Mark just grinned and put his hand on her lap as he spoke up.
"You've got this, Arit. Since Jeanne hasn't called you yet, let's try to make the best of the weekend. Is there anything you want to do?"
Arit turned to Mark when he asked her this before her face started to turn slightly red as she turned back down to her breakfast. Arit mumbled sothing incoherent and Mark raised a brow as he asked her what she was saying.
"I-I just want to spend ti with you."
