Mark was going to enter the Myriad Castle now that its defenses were so low and take over the entire fortress on his own. Mark knew this would obviously alert the Angels on the island to what was happening, but by then it would already be too late. And if the Angels on the island split up to try and return to secure the castle, that would give the demons behind them a chance to attack the defenseless deserters and gain the upper hand.
It was obvious that the plan was not completely foolproof, but after only two days, it was the only plan Mark could think of that would give them a high chance of victory. Mark knew he was strong enough to handle hundreds of soldiers if he really went all out, but if there was an SS tier in the castle, or maybe even soone stronger, then it would be a lot more difficult for Mark to take control.

The shark broke out from the ocean again, allowing Mark to take another deep breath, and this ti, just before he fell back into the ocean, he managed to catch sight of a large stone structure in the distance. The entire structure was about half as large as the demon castle, with stone walls surrounding it on all sides and two high towers on either side where guards with bright lights in their hands were standing watch.
Mark went back down underwater and held on tighter as the shark took him closer. The castle faced east, and since Mark was moving west, he was heading directly toward the front gate at breakneck speed!
Mark was not going to have any ti to rest once he got to the shore. He was going to start the attack imdiately so they wouldn’t have ti to bring up a defense! And since Mark knew that the Angels who left would be alerted to the fighting once he started, he had to finish this off before any reinforcents could arrive.
On the other side of the ocean, the reinforcents from the Myriad Castle were already reaching the Aragon Island and joining the battle raging between the Angels and demons.

As Mark finally breached the waves for the last ti and arrived at the shore of the Myriad Castle, he was about to begin his own battle! Mark got to his feet easily, took in a deep breath and sighed calmly before glaring up at the sentries who were already pointing their torches down at him.
His hand tightened around the chain in his left hand as he heard the sentries’ voices rising once they noticed that Mark was not one of them! The sentry on the left, a large man with blond hair, reached to the side and grabbed a gong lying there to alert the rest of the castle about an intruder, but before he could even hit it once, Mark was already there!
BOOM!
Mark slamd his fist into the base of the sentry tower with enough force to send the entire thing tumbling to the ground! The sentry in the other tower looked on in shock as he saw what was happening, and before he could call out for help as well, a large invisible chain tied itself around him and dragged him out from the tower, launching him toward Mark at intense speed!
Mark pulled his fist back as the sentry ca close enough and sent a punch toward his head.
BOOM!
The sentry was only an A-tier, so he didn’t stand a chance against Mark’s hit as his head exploded in a gory spray of blood!
The sentry who had been falling from the destroyed tower, finally got to Mark and reached his hand out to try and launch a light skill before he landed, but Mark was faster as he put his hand up.
[Negation]!
The light skill sputtered and died on the sentry’s hand, and the sentry’s shock was so imnse that he didn’t even have the sense to block the punch that Mark launched straight at his head!
BOOM!
This sentry was also only an A-tier, so his fate was the sa as that of his partner, and he died right on the spot from the hit!
Although Mark had tried to be as silent as possible while killing them, he could already hear shouts and yells echoing from inside the castle as so soldiers ca out to see what was happening. Up on the castle walls, there were soldiers walking out with torches, and so were flying down to the ground with light skills on their hands to check the broken tower. Mark put his hand up and used his chain to launch himself upwards towards the top.
In a fight like this, where it was just one person fighting against hundreds, the best option would be first to narrow down the area of battle. In a narrower space, all the enemies wouldn’t be able to co at you at the sa ti, and you’d stand a lower chance of being overwheld. So it was possible for you to handle the enemies one at a ti. And since Mark was stronger than almost all the soldiers here, he knew that defeating them one-on-one would not be an issue!
"Hey, what the hell are—"
Mark lashed out with his chains before the female angel could finish talking and grabbed hold of her! The invisible nature of the chains gave Mark such an unfair advantage at that mont that she wasn’t able to move out of the way before she was captured! Mark dragged her forward and used her as leverage to raise himself higher into the air! She shot down to the ground, and Mark used the montum to slam into another angel at the side, sending him flying through the air!
BOOM!
Mark allowed his eyes to roam over the area quickly, taking in everything and trying to co up with a plan of attack. There were about twenty angels all around him, including the ones on top of the castle wall, and Mark was in the air, surrounded by about five angels. If Mark worked fast enough, he could get rid of all twenty of them before any more reinforcents made their way here!
One of the angels raised their hand and ford a magic circle that shot out hundreds of arrows at Mark, and Mark lashed out with his chain and used it to pull himself out of the way and toward the castle wall!
BOOM!
Mark slamd into the wall with enough force to make all the angels there lose their footing, and Mark imdiately moved to confront them! Mark grabbed the one closest to him by the shirt, and his knee shot up into the man’s stomach! The man scread in pain as Mark’s blow almost broke his rib, and Mark used the man’s body as a battering ram to take down three other angels that were trying to attack Mark from behind!
An angel ran in from the side with a long spear, trying to stab Mark in the shoulder, but The Fangs rose up and grabbed the man’s legs, pulling him into the air and allowing Mark to deliver a wicked roundhouse kick to the man’s head that rattled his brain like a drum!
