Chapter 622: I Think You Killed Her

"Babe, what’s that over there? There’s sothing inside the worm."

Jason turned to the worm when he heard Gina say this, and he raised a brow when he saw a hand reaching out from its stomach. Jason and Gina hadn’t been present during the fight between Stella and the worm, so they didn’t see the worm eating her. But once Jason noticed that it was a person, he quickly called Evon out from his Alternate Dinsion and told her to grab the hand. Evon landed on the worm and pulled Stella out from the bloody stomach before dumping her on the ground unceremoniously. Stella was completely covered in the worm’s yellow blood, and she coughed miserably once she felt air enter her lungs! Jason crouched beside her and tilted his head while asking if she was okay, and Stella slowly opened her eyes to see who had saved her life.

But the mont she saw Jason leaning over her with a worried expression on his face, her eyes widened, and a look of shock ca over her face! Jason raised a brow when Stella suddenly sat up while staring at him with wide eyes and muttering sothing unintelligible, and at the next mont, she exclaid loudly while jumping towards Jason!

"My King!!"

Smack!

"Ugh!"

Stella gasped in shock when Jason suddenly smacked her on the head, and Jason watched calmly as Stella fell to the ground and imdiately passed out! Gina gently crouched beside Jason and spoke worriedly while poking Stella’s shoulder.

"That was a hard fall. Do you think she’s dead?"

Gina could understand why Jason hit the woman. They didn’t know if she was dangerous, and she was also very dirty from all the worm blood staining her clothes. Nobody would want a hug from her when she was in this state. Jason looked Stella over and flicked the yellow blood off his hands while answering calmly.

"No, I held back. And from what I can feel, she should be a TITAN Rank, so she won’t die from a single hit."

Gina nodded, and she asked Jason why the woman had called him her King. Did Jason ever et her before? Jason studied Stella’s face closely, but no matter how much he looked, he couldn’t recognize her at all. Jason knew that he had never seen this woman before.

"No, I don’t know her, but the language she spoke was the Avaran tongue. It’s not sothing just anyone should know. I have a theory, and if it’s correct, then it’s possible that she knows my father."

Gina blinked in mild surprise, but then she understood what Jason ant, and she nodded. Jason’s father was a king, and Jason looked a lot like him, so there was a chance the woman just mistook their identities. It was strange that they were eting so many people who knew about Jason’s heritage in this part of the Primordial Expanse, but Gina understood that they were very far from Earth now. The worlds around Earth didn’t know that much about the Avarans, but now that they were deeper inside the Primordial Expanse, there was a higher chance of running into soone who knew about Jason’s father.

"I guess we’ll have to wait for her to wake up and ask her what she knows? We could’ve set up camp, but the worm ate our camping gear as well."

Gina smiled sheepishly as she said this, and Jason just clicked his tongue again. He should’ve really tortured that bastard.

"@#$!!@#!@#!@!"

A loud voice suddenly ca from behind, and they both turned around to see a small army of natives with red skin and yellow eyes. The natives were all pointing weapons at them threateningly, and Jason’s eyes narrowed in anger! That small action made almost all the natives take a step back in fear, and Jason couldn’t help but sigh in amusent when Gina suddenly said:

"Hey, maybe we can ask them for so food?"

.....

"Ugh~!"

Stella let out a small groan as she slowly ca back to consciousness, and she put her hand on her head as she felt a headache slamming against her skull. It felt like soone hit her head with a tal bat. What in the world happened to her? Stella tried getting up, and she felt a hand on her shoulder holding her down before she heard Sagarda speaking softly.

"Be careful, Stella. You’ve been unconscious for a while."

Stella opened her eyes and looked over at Sagarda. Her vision was slightly blurry because of the headache, but Stella managed to focus, and she pushed Sagarda back a little so she could sit up. Stella held her head and grunted before she spoke.

"What the hell happened? Did sothing hit ?"

"You don’t rember?"

Sagarda frowned as he leaned closer, and Stella shook her head and pushed him away again. Sagarda had always been protective of Stella since she ca to join this tribe years ago, and she wasn’t stupid, so she knew that Sagarda was attracted to her. They had spent a lot of ti together learning and training, and Sagarda always tried to close the distance between them, but Stella wasn’t interested in his romance, and the way he was forcing himself on her was just getting on her nerves. Stella needed to think, and Sagarda wasn’t helping at all!

"Can you give

so space and wait for

to think. There was soone with . I... I don’t rember who it was, but he’s important. Did you find anyone else when you rescued ? Soone that looks like ."

Stella turned to Sagarda desperately as she said this, and Sagarda was surprised by the sheer desperation he could see in Stella’s eyes! Sagarda had always known Stella to be a calm and emotionless person! Even when they were learning or training together, there was always this calm detachnt he could see on Stella’s face, and she never bothered to show any emotion to him! But at this mont, it was as if Stella had suddenly regained that spark that every living thing should have! Stella looked like she had been reborn!

Stella grabbed Sagarda by the shoulder and shook him while asking if he rembered seeing anyone, and Sagarda frowned to the side in annoyance! Sagarda was not happy at all that Stella was acting like this. They had spent many years together, and Stella never once showed him any emotion, but the mont she sees so stranger, she acts like she found a new reason to live? No one would like to see the woman they loved acting like this! But Sagarda could tell that Stella’s emotions were genuine, and he sighed before he stood up and opened the flap leading out of the tent.

"The man and woman who found you are out there. If you have any questions, then I’m sure they can answer them."

Stella imdiately rushed to her feet and she held her head as she felt another headache coming, but that didn’t stop her from walking out of the tent and into a wide open space that had been chosen as a campsite for the entire tribe. There were more than a hundred tents arranged in a large circle, and a fire burned brightly in the center of the circle to provide warmth. Many of the Nazins were standing around and watching the people sitting close to the fire, and Stella felt an intense heat passing through her entire body as she saw the two newcors sitting together with the tribe elders beside the fire. The first person was a beautiful woman with red hair and eyes. The woman was sitting politely and gazing at the other newcor with a small smile on her face, and the mont Stella’s eyes landed on the second newcor, she felt her entire body grow cold.

’Why does he look so much like him?’
