Jason would have been excited about the new skill that he just got since he saw that it was freaking amazing, but Jason ignored the system’s ssage, and he looked up at the Dinsional Tear with a frown! The person on the other side sounded like a woman, and Jason could hear her scream one word repeatedly!

"COMPLETE! COMPLETE! COMPLETE! COMPLETE!"

’This is the sa language that Alpha speaks. Is this soone from the demon race in Raksha?’

This thought passed through Jason’s mind as a hand grabbed onto the edge of the Dinsional Tear and began to pull a body forward! A female figure ca into view, and the woman stepped out onto a large Magic Circle that ford under her feet! The woman was nearly three ters tall, and she was carrying an intricate spear in her right hand that had been stained with blood! She had bright red skin and poison yellow eyes that were wide with pure insanity! There was a maniac smile on her face as she looked down at Jason, and her breath suddenly began to co out in harsh, intense puffs like she was hyperventilating! The mont she appeared, Jason imdiately began to analyze her! She looked like a warrior, and she had a fit body, so it was obvious that she was familiar with battle. And from the magic Jason could feel coming from her, he would say she was sowhere between mid and high-level SS Rank. In fact, Jason was sure that she was very close to becoming an SSS Rank! If it were anyone else, then this would have been a problem since this level of strength would make her one of the most powerful people on Earth, but Jason wasn’t just anyone.

Jason still rembered the conversation he had with the system about the Arcane Arts, and he knew that this woman had to be one of the wielders of the other two Arcane Attributes under the [Lord of Shadows] Arcane Art! Jason just had to figure out which of the two it was! Honestly, Jason would prefer if it were the [Shadow Hands] that the woman held. The [Shadow Hands] would probably be so sort of long-range attacking ability, sothing that would allow you to handle multiple enemies at once. But the [Land of Lost Shadows] sounded like it would be a lot more complicated, and Jason could only guess that it would be so Area of Effect (AOE) type of attack. Jason just knew that the [Shadow Hands] would be the easier one to deal with!

’No, what am I thinking? That’s bullshit.’

Jason frowned at himself once he realized that he was thinking about this all wrong. Why the hell would he want to face off against the weaker attribute? Jason knew that facing the weaker Attribute would be easier, but it would be a lot more beneficial to have the stronger Attribute! Right now, Jason was facing an opportunity to grow even stronger! This woman had literally crossed through half the Dinsional Expanse just for him, and she presented herself before him on a platter of fucking gold! Jason wasn’t going to refuse such a great offering! Jason felt a smile slowly creeping its way onto his face, but a voice suddenly called out from his Alternate Dinsion and drew his attention.

’My King, I know this woman!’

Hmm? Jason turned his attention towards Alpha, and Jason told Alpha to explain what she ant! Alpha had a shocked tone in her voice when she spoke up!

’This woman is Evon, a General in the Demon Army from Raksha! She was my direct superior during our war against the Avaran race, and we were told that she was killed in the battle against an Avaran General. I don’t know how she ca to possess this Arcane Art or what caused her to turn out like this, but I know that her magical power and fighting instincts are unmatched by anyone else in the army!’

Jason imdiately asked Alpha to tell him what Evon’s magical ability was, and Alpha responded quickly.

’We called it [Ti Dilation]. She had the ability to slow down or speed up her own perception of ti in order to attack or defend better. In a one-v-one battle, I have never known her to lose, even against stronger opponents.’

Jason clicked his tongue as he looked up at Evon with a more curious gaze. That was a good ability, and the fact that soone like Alpha had respect for this woman also made it obvious that she was the real deal. But this wasn’t a one-v-one battle, and Jason had no intention of losing.

"It’s him! It’s him! Is it him!? Oh, it’s him! I can feel it! Complete! Shadows all around ! Complete! I can feel it! Do you feel it!? I don’t feel it! But I feel it! I know this is it! Hahahaha! We’ve waited for this for so long! I’ve followed the voices and screams! Are you happy now!? Are you free!? I want to kill him! I want to murder him! AHHHH, this is so much bliss! Kill him! Kill him! Kill him if you want to be complete! Hahahahahaha!"

Evon’s maniacal laughter filled the air once she felt the Arcane Energy that was flowing off his body! Yes, this was definitely who she had been searching for! He was the one! Evon put a hand up to her face and bent back like she was trying to fold her body backwards, and another maniacal laugh filled the air as she stared up at the sky with wide, bloodshot eyes! This was everything Evon had been searching for! Once Evon had him, then she would be one step closer to becoming complete!

Evon raised her spear into the air, and Jason could imdiately feel every shadow around him begin to vibrate in ti with her maniacal laughter! Evon was about to activate her Aracne, and Jason was sure it would be a bad idea to allow her to activate her technique! Other than the fact that Evon knew that he had the ability to use an Attribute of the Arcane Art [Lord of Shadows], she didn’t know anything else about Jason’s abilities, and this gave Jason an edge in this battle. This ant Evon didn’t know about Jason’s magical abilities or the fact that he had the system. And although Jason had more than enough confidence in his ability to match and surpass anything Evon threw at him, he wanted to end the battle before she could activate anything! Jason imdiately called out!

"Ragnar!"

A loud roar echoed through the sky as Ragnar shot out from the Alternate Dinsion and headed straight for Evon! Ragnar opened its mouth and unleashed a blast of fire at Evon, but before the flas could reach her, the entire world seed to shiver, and Evon was suddenly lifted into the air high above Ragnar’s attack! A wave of dark shadows burst out from Evon and spread over the area, and Evon’s smile widened as her Arcane Art ca to life!
