In the evening, Han Qingsong went to the brigade to apply for it and brought two n along with him to install a small mill in the open space near his ho.

Lin Lan soaked the soybeans that night, and in the next morning, she told Han Qingsong to bring his two sons back for breakfast while having Maisui and Sanwang push the mill.

While the two children were grinding the mill, Lin Lan made dough and fried so fried dough sticks at ho to satisfy the children’s cravings.

The remaining bean dregs were added with so radish leaves to make so loose-fried tofu. The dish had a distinct bean-ish sll, so Lin Lan fried it with so lard. In order to cater to Dawang’s taste, she also added so chili peppers.

By half past 7, Han Qingsong, Dawang and Erwang went ho for breakfast. The trio could sll the fragrant fried dough sticks from a distance, which led them to quicken their pace.

There was a rich assortnt of breakfast on the table. The feast consisted of stewed eggs, boiled vegetables, rich soy milk, a small bowl of tofu pudding, a bowl of loose fried tofu, golden fried dough sticks…

Lin Lan called them, “Hurry up and wash and eat.”

She served soy milk and tofu pudding to everyone. She even purposely brought so white sugar over.

The soy milk grounded by the stone mill was fine and smooth, accented with the unique scent of the stone mill. Adding a spoonful of white sugar, it was sweet and smooth, which made it a perfect match with fried cakes and dough sticks.

Lin Lan made a big bowl of soy milk for Han Qingsong and he drank it very well, but the children started to play tricks.

Dawang made a bowl of chili and dipped the fried dough sticks and fried cakes in it! After eating, he scooped a large spoonful of tofu pudding into his mix, stirred it and ate the al with spice.

Lin Lan, “…” Dawang, you’re truly sothing.

Maisui and Erwang were also fairly normal. They drank the sweet soy milk and ate the tofu pudding with so pickles and soy sauce.

She watched Sanwang scooping so white sugar again, “Little Third Brother, your soy milk is sweet enough.”

Sanwang, “Mom, I’m eating the tofu pudding.”

Lin Lan watched him pour a spoonful of sugar into the tofu brain before mixing it.

Lin Lan felt like she was hit by a truck.

Sanwang also asked Xiaowang to taste it. Xiaowang briefly had a mouthful before he made a face, looking like he was being poisoned to death, comnting that it was not good at all.

Xiaowang then asked Lin Lan to prepare a bowl of salty tofu pudding for him. After eating it, he was not satisfied, so he poured another spoonful of soy milk into it, “Wow, salty soy milk is better than the sweet one! Third Brother, you should try it!”

Sanwang looked at the color and grinned, “Uh…I don’t want to try it.”

Xiaowang took a piece of fried dough sticks and dipped it. Hmm? It tastes better now too! Then he saw that there was soy sauce in the dish and tried dipping it again, “Wow, it’s delicious! Fried dough sticks dipped in soy sauce are a perfect match!”

Sanwang could tell from the younger’s expressions that he was telling the truth, so he also tried it, “…You can enjoy it yourself, I think my tofu pudding is still the most delicious.”

The two brothers debated about the differences between their soy milk, fried sticks and tofu pudding that tasted better either saltier or sweeter.
