Erwang and Maisui brought food to Lin Lan. Because they were all stews, they wouldn’t be too mushy when heated again in the pot. On the contrary, they were even more delicious.
Erwang, “Mother, should we have the dumplings now or do we wait until midnight?”
Lin Lan looked at her watch, noting that it was almost half past nine.
They just missed out on eating the New Year’s Eve dinner, so dumplings were definitely sothing that they didn’t want to miss out on.
