In the interrogation room, Su Ting attempted several tis to write but ultimately didn’t pen down a single word.
She stood up and walked to the window.
The specially-made glass prevented her from seeing how many people were outside, but as she walked, tears stread down her face.
Zhang Xian didn’t say anything and opened the door again to enter.
Su Ting said, "Sorry, officer, I... I can’t write anything."

Zhang Xian continued to comfort her gently, "It’s not your fault. Go find your sister for now, the two of you need to support each other during this ti."

Su Ting said and walked out of the interrogation room.

No one could answer Liang Yan’s question, including Chen Xiao.

Chen Xiao was unsure and refocused on Zhang Xian in the interrogation room.

Lin Yao pouted, "Alright, let’s go then, since you’re here too."
Seeing they had no objections, Chen Xiao turned towards Swallow Lane again.
Stopping the bike at the lane’s entrance again, Chen Xiao said to Lin Xi, "Love, you and Xiaoyao wait here while I go for a walk alone."
Originally without any objections, Lin Xi beca confused, "Why walk alone to 314?"
"I want to experience the route," Chen Xiao explained his intention, and Lin Xi understood what he ant, asking with a mixture of surprise and doubt:
"Are you trying to experience the process of the perpetrator?"

"Once you grasp the relative information, soone with investigative awareness will ntally construct a small world. This small world will encompass all they know, and then they’ll explore it to uncover so clues that others haven’t found yet."
Lin Yao nodded instinctively, and Lin Xi, uninterested in whether she understood, pulled her saying, "Keep up with your brother-in-law, otherwise he won’t be able to concentrate."
The sisters followed behind Chen Xiao at this point.
Chen Xiao noticed imdiately and decided to close his eyes.
He rembered the road beneath him was a cent-paved path.
The path was originally wider, but a lot of bricks had been piled up to the sides during demolition.
The road wasn’t clean, yet it wasn’t easy to leave footprints while walking.
Chen Xiao walked on the path with his eyes closed, starting to ntally picture the presence of the perpetrator, Su Ting, and Su Haidong.
