Xie He’s hands were tied behind his back so he had no way of grabbing them. However, he could feel his heart race. When he thought of how he would be in so much pain he would wish for death if he didn’t eat it...his eyes grew watery. He looked like a helpless little animal.
Han Wenqian watched him calmly, as if he had no intention to give him any reminders.
Xie He hesitated for a while, and then cautiously peered at Han Wenqian. In the end, he bent his head down uncertainly, sticking out his tongue to lap up the pills. This was the only thing that could alleviate his pain&#k2026;.
When he saw how Han Wenqian didn’t take his hand away, he knew that the other was giving his silent agreent. Therefore, he quickly licked up the pills in Han Wenqian’s palm and swallowed them down.
Han Wenqian watched as Xie He lowered his head and that soft tongue swept over his palm. The moist, soft feeling sent an electric current through the palm of his hand and into his heart.
Xie He seed very timid. Very quickly, he raised his head up again and swallowed.
Han Wenqian stared at Xie He’s lips. Those soft pink lips looked like a budding flower.... His eyes darkened. He pushed against the back of Xie He’s head and kissed him deeply.
Xie He was kissed until he couldn’t breathe. A mont later, he let out quiet whimpers.
This kiss lasted several minutes. Han Wenqian then let go of Xie He and said, “Get off.”
Xie He looked relieved. He jumped off of Han Wenqian’s lap in a hurry. However, after a few steps, he realized that his hands were still tied. However, he didn’t dare go back to ask Han Wenqian to free him. Moreover, even if he had taken his dicine, his symptoms were still really difficult to bear. It might be better to be tied up like this.
Han Wenqian didn’t pay Xie He any more attention and continued with his own work.

There was a disdainful smile on Han Wenqian’s lips. He strode over to the door and opened it, peering down at the girl sitting on the ground. With his low, elegant voice, he asked, “Did you wait long?”
Shu Yan looked at Han Wenqian. Although this man had a handso face that could make any girl’s heart race and he didn’t act fierce towards her, when she looked into his dark black eyes, she felt an ineffable fear. It was like a pair of hands was choking her, making her unable to speak.

Shu Yan quivered and said at once, “N-not long....”

Shu Yan’s face paled. Her body shook heavily.
Xie He had been lying on the floor, glassy-eyed. He showed no reaction until he heard the conversation at the door. He suddenly realized who it was outside! It was...Shu Yan!

But now, he showed an unprecedented determination in front of the girl he loved. He was protecting his girl, like a man.... Suddenly, anger flared in Han Wenqian’s heart.
He chuckled in a low voice, tone filled with ridicule, “That depends on whether or not she’s sensible.”
Shu Yan was dumbfounded. Everything exceeded what she could comprehend. There was only fear and helplessness in her heart. She was just a university student. She had never seen such things...she was frightened into tears.
Han Wenqian smiled coldly, his frigid gaze falling on Shu Yan. He slowly said, “Lin Xin is mine. You understand this, right?”
Shu Yan nodded in haste.
Han Wenqian also nodded and said, “But I heard that he’s been a bit naughty. He actually got a girlfriend at school behind my back. Heh...so you’re his girlfriend.”
Shu Yan could hear the displeasure in Han Wenqian’s tone. Her scalp went numb from fear. Suddenly an idea popped up and she said at once, “I—I didn’t know that he was yours. He never told .... I—I was tricked!”
As soon as Shu Yan said this, Xie He’s eyes dimd, as if a knife had been stabbed into his heart. He stared at the girl at the door, gaze unwavering, with deep emotions in his eyes.
Han Wenqian finally smiled, as if very pleased with Shu Yan’s tact. “Then you know what you have to do?”
Shu Yan nodded rapidly, looking like a chicken pecking at grain. “I—I will definitely keep my distance. I won’t see him again. We already broke up! There’s nothing between us!”
“Very good.” Han Wenqian nodded. “Rember what you saw today but don’t speak a word of it. Otherwise, I won’t let you off.”
Shu Yan’s voice trembled. “I...I understand....”
Han Wenqian said, “Leave. Secretary Song will see you out.”
When Shu Yan heard Han Wenqian giving her permission to leave, she crawled up and escaped in a panic. So scary! Han Wenqian didn’t do anything to her but that nearly tangible atmosphere made her shudder! She didn’t dare question him at all!

Han Wenqian watched Shu Yan leave and then slamd the door shut.
Xie He still lay in place. No one knew if it was because he had no more strength in him or if it was because he had given up.
Han Wenqian carried him onto the sofa and untied his hands. He fondled Xie He’s ears and chuckled. “Hear that? Her feelings for you only amount to this. She didn’t even ask or think it over. She was just itching to sever her relationship with you. You should have broken up with a woman like that a long ti ago.”
Xie He’s eyelashes quivered. He could no longer hold it in. He slowly opened his eyes, no ripples within his black eyes. A long ti later, he quietly spoke in a self-mocking tone, “Mn. Are you satisfied now?”
Han Wenqian laughed quietly. He planted a tender kiss on Xie He’s lips. “Satisfied about what?”
Xie He said, “You made the person I like loathe and despise . You let her know that I’m nothing but a toy to be played with. Are you happy?”
Han Wenqian gripped Xie He’s neck and bit the other’s lips hard. He said, “Yes...you’re nothing but a toy that’s not even worth ntioning. I can take back everything I’ve given you. No one who sees this depraved side of yours will like you. You’re only worthy of being played with like this by n.”
Xie He looked at Han Wenqian. Those cold words ruthlessly entered his ears, causing all the blood in his body to freeze. It was so painful, so extrely painful...but because he had already cried, his tears had dried up. He had beco numb to these humiliating words. He couldn’t cry anymore.
