"Alright." Silas didn’t know why Aya asked this, but since she asked him, then he will fulfill her request.
He walked out of the room.
After all, there were so restrictions in Mayor Hall’s mansion. There were so magic spells that were not blocked here but so other specific magic were blocked. This was sothing the two of them found out after they stayed here for a while.
It was only after coming out of the mayor’s mansion did Silas start to use his magic.
Shadow spread out from the ground.
Aya looked at this scene and for so reasons, she started to understand why Silas could make that magic spell before. She used that magic spell without knowing who made it in the beginning, but later on, Aya saw that Silas was the one who made it because she saw him use it.
Every magic spells that they specifically created would contain their own characteristic.
And this magic... clearly reflected Silas’s strong characteristic.
Shadow realm.
"I am the lord of the darkness. Nothing in the dark could ever compare to and everyone fears . Let the light disappear in the darkness and the beauty of the dark blossom for no one would be able to get out alive from my clutch. Corrosive is my nature and nothing within could escape my grasp, descent of the dark realm!"
His dark magic was really like his shadow, which might be because of his own magic inheritance.
And one of the characteristic of this magic was that Silas could use his shadow to create a shadow realm. Within this realm, anything that the shadow perceived could be conveyed to him and Silas could understand everything very clearly.
There was no need for him to see it personally because his own shadow is like the extension of his own magic.
It was very remarkable.
"Found him," Silas said after a while.
After reaching rank 8, his shadow magic could basically cover up thousands of kiloters away. Of course, it would be more effective if the range was small but if he only wanted to search for information, a large range would be good.
This ti, he was only looking for Nathan’s mana signature.
So it was fast.
"Lead the way?"
"Yes."
The two of them started moving imdiately. Nathan had reached rank 7 and might have made so improvent in the recent years. With his current status of being chased by many other people, he might leave imdiately when he sensed that soone detected his presence.
So Silas and Aya didn’t waste any ti.
But they seed to be thinking too much.
Aya looked at the place that seed to be no different from the garbage dump and looked at Silas with the look that asked, ’Are you sure that he’s here?’
Silas nodded helplessly.
He was seriously think whether Nathan’s situation in the recent years was so bad that he could only stay in the garbage dump.
Clearly, Nathan was still very energetic in hunting down those whom he thought involved in the matter related to his brother’s death.
Silas was doubtful, but Aya didn’t pay attention to Silas anymore and instead released her own perception. She could technically sense other people’s presence, but it was usually targeted for those who have malicious intentions towards her.
After all, her vision was limited and it was not like she could let it turn on all the ti.
It would be too tiring.
And Aya had no intention to keep her nerves tense all the ti.
She soon found the familiar mana signature and walked into the garbage dump in front of them. After walking for so steps, they found a figure that was dragging a chair and table. He looked unkempt, but the mana signature would not lie.
"So it’s really you, Silas." Nathan grinned when he saw Silas and Aya coming over. He didn’t recognize Aya, but he could still recognize Silas.
SIlas looked at Nathan and could sense that the other party was only at rank 7.
"How did you know it’s ?"
"I don’t know many people with such sophisticated dark magic aside from you." Nathan shrugged. "And considering that I don’t sense any malicious intention, I can only think of you."
Silas looked at Nathan helplessly and sat down. "It has been seven years."
Two years have passed ever since Aya and Silas headed to Central Magic City. The two of them were already at the peak of rank 8 but they hadn’t advanced to rank 9 yet. They were still preparing themselves to make the magic spell for them to fulfill the requirent to advance to rank 9.
"Yes." Nathan sighed.
He has been roaming around for seven years and he was not done yet.
To be honest, Nathan was really tired of doing this. But at the sa ti, he couldn’t let go of the deep unwillingness in his heart.
Knowing that his brother was killed because of other people’s sches, but he couldn’t find everyone who was responsible and brought them all to ’justice.’
"Why do you co to look for anyway?" Nathan cheered himself off quietly, looking at Silas in confusion. He was not that close to Silas, so he didn’t think that the other party really wanted to find him after all these years.
They didn’t have any contact for so many years.
And there were many people who wanted to kill him, so Nathan would not be surprised if Silas didn’t want to co and see him.
After all, if they have too many contacts with each other, those people who chased after him would go after Silas.
Though, Silas didn’t care too much about this.
There were also many people who wanted to kill him.
Especially those ghost masters.
"It’s not but Aya."
"Aya?" Nathan looked at Aya behind Silas and his eyes widened. "You’re with your student?"
"Speak properly. We’re just traveling together."
Nathan looked at Silas with the look of ’I don’t believe it.’
