"I don't know," the White Family Patriarch replied and then looked around, trying to find the trace of this shadow.
But no matter where he looked at, there was no sign of the shadow at all. This made him frown as he was worried that the strange shadow was still lurking sowhere.
"Is it one of your family magic, Patriarch Black?" Wansu City Head turned his head to look in Black Family Patriarch directions.
Black Family Patriarch: "..."
No, he didn't even know anything about it!
"No, that's not possible," the White Family Patriarch quickly replied. "There's no trace of mana on the strange creature and if it belongs to them, their shadows still have traces of mana in my eyes."
The White Family Patriarch has the best crystal eyes among the entire White Family. So if one wanted to cover up the entire mana trace from him, they had to be much stronger than him.
In the Black Family, how many people were stronger than him?
Patriarch White didn't think that this shadow belonged to the Black Family. Besides, for the Black Family, they couldn't simply disappear.
Even their shadow inheritance magic was not as weird as this black shadow.
"Really?" Wansu City Head was a bit suspicious but he still accepted Patriarch White's words. The relationship between the two patriarchs was not good and there were no reasons they would help each other unless it was the truth.
