"Oh, you’re already here." Leon ca out at this ti and it seed that he planned to go to the gate to pick them up.

"You’re taking a long ti, Leon." Evan shook his head. "Are you busy with sothing?"

"Just so lecture." Leon’s face was a bit dark.

Lecture?

The other four were confused and at this ti, Lilac, Leon’s sister, ca out. She looked at her brother and her brother’s friends, nodding her head politely.

"Brother, Father said that you have to finish that training tonight."

"I know, I know." Leon felt a bit irritated. "You can tell him that I’ll train later tonight."

"Yes." Lilac nodded politely once more and then walked inside.

The other four turned to look at Leon.

It is this kind of lecture?

Being stared by the others, Leon could only sigh deeply. He didn’t really want to tell others about this matter because his father’s expectation towards him was really high.

Ever since the Black Family Patriarch found out that his sister was more talented than him, it seed that the Black Family Patriarch wanted Leon to press forward again and again. It was to the point that Leon truly felt suffocated.

But it has always been that way.

The magic world is very cruel and what they cared the most was nothing more than result. If their result was not good enough, then they would not be able to do anything.

"Co on, I bring you here today to et my granduncle," Leon finally said and trotted out, followed by the other four.

"Granduncle?"

"Yes." Leon nodded. "He’s my father’s uncle and also one of the most powerful magic warriors in the Black Family. But he’s not allowed to step out of his residence."

The others listened and finally understood who this granduncle was.

In the early years when Wansu City was built, there were naturally so interference from others. During this period of ti, there were many powerful magic warriors who stood up and among them, Leon’s granduncle was one of them.

He was still young at that ti, but he showed great power, which made many people wary of him.

In the end, he was wounded severely and forced to recuperate for years before he was able to train magic again. But because of his injury, his golden period of developnt had passed and it was impossible for him to truly reach the height that should have belonged to him.

So it was said that he beca crazy.

Under the suppression of other families, he was locked in the Black Family Residence, not allowed to step out of his residence at all.

There were people who took care of his al and there were also formations set up there. Other people can pay a visit if they wanted to but no one was allowed to let him co out.

Aya had heard of this story.

"Your granduncle... Patrick Black?" Yun asked, she was the one who researched history the most and was naturally aware of this na. "I thought he’s said to be crazy?"

"Grandpa Patrick is not crazy." Leon pursed his lips. "He’s a kind old man."

Kind old man?

Yun looked skeptical.

Dean also rembered this na and tilted his head, not really understanding why Leon was close to this figure who was said to be crazy and no one wanted to get close to him.

Evan frowned but said nothing.

Only Aya remained indifferent.

Because she knew very well that Patrick was not crazy. Patrick Black has lived for decades and for the real magic warriors, age had never been their restriction. As long as they were able to live for a long ti and continued to accumulate their magic, they would eventually beco very powerful.

This was sothing that she knew because of her previous life’s experience.

There were many old figures who were really powerful because of their entire life accumulation. If it was not because of these ghosts’ appearance and so on, there was no way these people would have fallen in her previous life.

Shaking her head, Aya tried not to think too much.

She raised her head and looked at the courtyard in the distance.

As a formation master, she could naturally sense the formation that seed to block the entire house, but this kind of formation was too weak in her opinion.

It was only rank 6 formation.

And the biggest role was to stop a rank 6 magic warrior from coming out.

"We’re here." Leon stopped and then yelled, "Grandpa Patrick! This is Leon, I’m here to see you with my friends like you requested."

"Huh? He requested for us to co?" Evan was stunned.

Yun also turned her head to look at Leon and now felt a bit fearful to step inside. She might be friends with these people, but she didn’t really want to bet her life and t with the crazy old man who was famous in the past.

"Don’t worry, he wouldn’t be able to do anything to you," Aya said as she looked at the formation.

These formations had the protection magic up to rank 6. So if Patrick wanted to attack any outsiders who entered, it would be stopped by this formation.

For Wansu City to invest so much just to stop one person...

Aya sighed deeply.

"Alright then." Yun nodded.

The five of them entered the courtyard and Aya could sense that there were still prying from several people. The number even increased and not only the Fourth Head of the Wansu City and the Black Family Patriarch were watching, there were many others who were paying attention.

It seed they should have placed so magic tools useful for surveillance all around this area.

In this way, whenever there was any disturbance, they would be the first to notice and able to focus their entire attention here.

Tsk.

It was annoying.

Aya’s fingers moved slightly.

She was really tempted to block all perception and not let them watch. But after a mont, Aya stopped and left them be.
