Without enough people in the laboratory, can the experint still succeed?

She didn’t believe it.

Su Ge’s hands on the table tightened slightly, and a flash of determination passed through her eyes.

Yu Mingfeng left the office.

In the chilly office, the mild-mannered yet mysteriously eerie man raised a faint smile.

The sound of the wind was light, the cold bleak.

"What, so many people have left your laboratory?"

The start of the school year was drawing near, and restaurants near the school were opening one after another.

Zhou Zishen’s house was very close to the school, so whenever Zhu Huahua had the ti, she would invite Su Ge for lunch.

"Yeah, there weren’t many people to begin with. Now with two gone, it feels even more deserted." Su Ge sighed lightly.

Probably because she had a minor argunt with Wan Houyi in the morning, she had been feeling sowhat stifled since.

What bothered her wasn’t Wan Houyi’s complaints against her, but rather his attitude towards the experint.

In fact, she had noticed earlier that everyone in the lab except her and Xu Yang seed sowhat apathetic. She just hadn’t expected soone to have beco this indifferent.

"Your club has always been a bit deserted, so it’s not surprising." Zhu Huahua seed not to intend to comfort Su Ge, "Xiao Ge, you just have to get used to it, get used to it."

"It’s not that I’m not used to it, just that since the experint started, the atmosphere in the lab feels different. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it just doesn’t feel like it used to."

Moreover, she had a premonition that this club might not last too long.

When everyone leaves the club, naturally, the club itself ceases to exist.

"Maybe it’s because everyone in your club is in their senior year, so they have more concerns and less ti to spend in the lab compared to before. Everyone’s planning for their future, so the atmosphere isn’t as relaxed and happy as it used to be."

Zhu Huahua sipped her warm soy milk and speculated straightforwardly.

Su Ge didn’t continue the conversation.

After a mont of silence, she changed the topic, "How are things between you and Zhou Zishen?"

Zhu Huahua’s motion of drinking soy milk instantly froze.

She quickly forced a smile, "Great, we’re in a honeymoon phase, you know."

"He’s staying at the dical University this sester, right?"

"Of course, since I’m here, where else would he go?"

Hearing Zhu Huahua say this, Su Ge couldn’t help but smile, "You two should stay happy together, I’m looking forward to attending your wedding banquet."

"What wedding banquet, it’s not ti for that yet."

Zhu Huahua blushed, a rare mont of shyness.

"If you get married right after graduation, you don’t have much more than two years left," Su Ge pondered and then asked, "Have you figured out his family’s situation?"

"Yeah, he’s indeed a second-generation wealth. His family is in the construction materials business, and his parents are very capable, they bought several houses in Rong City."

Upon ntioning this, Zhu Huahua’s eyes noticeably sparkled.

"Seems like you haven’t chosen wrong. But since his family runs a business, why hasn’t he inherited it and instead chose the path of dicine?"

Especially as a campus doctor, the salary for that isn’t particularly high, is it?

"Because he doesn’t want to. He prefers dicine over business, and I’m glad he chose this path. Otherwise, how would we have t, and how would we be where we are now?"

Seeing no regret on Zhu Huahua’s face, Su Ge felt truly reassured.

It seems Zhou Zishen is indeed good to her.
