"Why would Dr. Zhou co here?"
Zhu Huahua glanced outside.
This place is near the school, and the school is currently still on holiday. Hasn’t Dr. Zhou gone ho?
"Oh, I live nearby." Dr. Zhou explained to Zhu Huahua and then took a seat at the small table next to the two, with reserved manners.
"You live nearby? That’s so convenient, is it Xiangjing Garden next door?"
"Yes." Zhou Zishen touched the tip of his nose, nodding sowhat embarrassedly.
Zhu Huahua imdiately looked at Su Ge in surprise.
Xiangjing Garden is the most luxurious residential apartnt complex near the school.
Who would’ve thought that Dr. Zhou is quite wealthy.
"What brings you... to the school?"
Dr. Zhou glanced at Zhu Huahua and then his gaze naturally fell on Su Ge.
He seed to have heard that she wasn’t a boarding student.
Why would she be here...
"Because the club has so activities, so these days I need to co to the school to report." Su Ge explained with a smile.
Following that, Zhu Huahua also explained, "I just returned to school today, since school is about to start. I’ve been working outside during the holiday, and now that school is starting soon, I ca back to have a good rest for a few days to adjust my schedule."
"I see."
Zhou Zishen nodded.
The conversation dwindled among them.
Soon, the food was served.
Su Ge ordered a rice bowl, and Zhu Huahua ordered a serving of small wontons.
Zhou Zishen was eating noodles.
Both Zhu Huahua and Su Ge ate quietly.
Zhou Zishen’s noodles seed to be eaten with his mind elsewhere.
His gaze occasionally swept towards Su Ge’s direction.
Isn’t it said that her family is very rich, and that she is often picked up by luxury cars?
Why would she co to a place like this, to eat things like this?
"Right, Xiao Ge, when the school term starts, does that an you’ll be in the sa grade as ?"
Zhu Huahua finished her small wontons first, wiped her mouth, and asked Su Ge.
"Yes, I’ve finished my sophomore credits, so technically, I’ll be in the sa grade as you." There was still half a portion of rice left in Su Ge’s bowl, looking at Zhu Huahua’s bowl which was even empty of soup, "Huahua, did you eat enough? Do you want to order another serving?"
"Of course, I’m full, I’m actually stuffed. Have you forgotten I have a small appetite?" Zhu Huahua desperately winked at Su Ge.
Su Ge swept a glance at Zhou Zishen at the neighboring table and smiled, nodding, "Right, you ate more today than usual."
Zhu Huahua secretly gave her a thumbs up, then continued, "Speaking of which, your scholarly aptitude is really sothing else, finishing two grades’ worth of credits in one sester, and even graduating early. But it’s also nice, I don’t have to call you my junior anymore."
"As if you’ve ever called junior." Su Ge rolled her eyes at her.
Without aning to, she looked up only to see Zhou Zishen settling the bill. His bowl of noodles was only ten yuan, but he paid thirty.
Imdiately, Su Ge turned her gaze towards Zhu Huahua, "Soone has treated us to our al today."
"What?" Zhu Huahua’s face changed, turned to look over, and saw Zhou Zishen smiling and walking towards them.
"Teacher Zhou, what are you doing? I promised to treat Xiao Ge to a feast, and you paid for it. Now I have to treat her to another feast next ti."
Zhu Huahua complained sorrowfully to him.
"A feast?" Zhou Zishen sat down at the next table, his eyes clearly puzzled.
"I’m finished."
Su Ge was used to Zhu Huahua’s quirky character, but perhaps others might not be.
"Let’s go." Zhu Huahua stood up, just about to say goodbye to Zhou Zishen before leaving, but then Zhou Zishen also stood up, "I happen to have nothing to do, I’ll escort you back to school."
