Knowing Mu Zhenzhen felt she was being too polite, Su Ge smiled and explained, “It’s my first ti eting uncle and aunt, I just bought them so tonics, nothing expensive really.”
“You’re being too formal with family.” Mu Zhenzhen shook her head, then took so of the gifts from her, “It’s cold below, let’s go up.”
The two entered the elevator together, Su Ge casually asked, “Zhenzhen, are uncle and aunt adjusting well?”
“They’re quite used to it,” Mu Zhenzhen said with a happy smile on her face, “In a couple of days, I plan to rent a new place, a three-bedroom two-living room apartnt, and after moving I’ll invite you over.”
“Hmm,” Su Ge nodded, glanced at the ascending elevator numbers, then turned to Mu Zhenzhen, “Uncle and aunt… what are their plans going forward? Is there anything I can help with?”
“Xiao Ge, I get what you an. But right now, my parents just want to live a peaceful and simple life, maybe find so ordinary jobs. In the future, as long as the family is happy together, that’s enough, they want for nothing else.”
Mu Zhenzhen’s tone was relaxed.
Su Ge didn’t say much more, only when exiting the elevator she said again, “Zhenzhen, regardless of now or in the future, if there’s anything you need help with, don’t hesitate to ask .”

Madam Mu’s face, filled with joy mixed with absolute surprise, “So this is Xiao Ge, so beautiful, just like a star.”
After saying this, she looked towards the man next to her wearing an apron.
Mu Yunzhong’s face adorned with scholarly white-rimd glasses, wearing a standardly decent gray sweater, even with an apron on, his deanor remained quite refined, sowhat like a high school literature teacher.
He affectionately returned the gaze of the thrilled Madam Mu, then walked politely towards Su Ge, “Hello Xiao Ge, I’m Zhenzhen’s father, very welco to you visiting our ho.”
“Hello Uncle Mu,” Su Ge first greeted Mu Yunzhong, then turned towards the approaching Madam Mu, “Madam… hello.”
