"Yihan, are you done with your work?"
Just two minutes after sitting down, he received a ssage on his phone.
Chu Yihan subconsciously looked at the ti after reading the ssage. It was evening in Bafei Country and nearly midnight in Rong City according to the ti difference.
"Why haven’t you gone to sleep yet?"
This woman seed to have developed a habit of staying up late.
"Are you done with your work?"
The little woman did not respond to his question and asked again.
"Um." The man finally replied with a decisive word.
The other party didn’t reply to the ssage again, and about half a minute later, he received a video call invitation.

He quickly tapped to accept on the screen.
Imdiately, the image of the little woman lying on the bed appeared on the phone, her face looking a bit drowsy, probably just waking up.

She fell asleep while waiting.

Seeing the little woman who had slept through half the night and then woke up to chat with him, the man felt extraordinarily heartbroken.
"Don’t you miss ?"

It was hard enough to start a video call with him, and his first sentence was advising her to sleep.

"Miss." The man replied without hesitation, but added, "Staying up late is bad for your health."
"I already took a nap, it’s not staying up."

He was just on a business trip for a few days and would be back soon.
What was this woman doing staying up late without sleeping and waiting for him?

The man’s smile deepened a bit, and he stood up from the bed, "Alright, where do you want to check?"

She was just saying it casually.

Instead, the man seed to be amused, holding the phone as he walked to the window, "Want to see behind the curtains?"
"I..." Before Su Ge could speak, the man swiftly pulled open the curtain.
The evening sunlight imdiately shone into the room, making the video much brighter.
However, Su Ge’s face darkened a bit.
"Nothing behind the curtains." The man, looking amused, watched the little woman’s expression.
He then moved towards the wardrobe.
Although he didn’t know why Bafei Country’s hotels had wardrobes, if one had to check, wardrobes were definitely places to be inspected.
