Unexpectedly, the hallway outside was empty, not a single person in sight.
The study’s lights were also off.
Su Ge instinctively looked down the hall towards Chu Yihan’s room - had he already gone to sleep?
Why had he gone to bed so early today?
Dejectedly lowering her head, Su Ge could only turn back towards her room.
She had only taken a couple of steps before stopping again.
After a brief thought, she headed straight for the end of the hallway.

It took several knocks before the door finally opened.
A man in pajamas, exuding elegance and good looks, suddenly appeared in front of her.

Looking at the wound on his shoulder, it seed she really was like a people-eating monster.
If she had used a bit more force, she might have bitten off the flesh from his shoulder.
But she couldn’t be blad.
It was he who had been too impatient, not being gentle or light...
It was a purely natural reaction, she had only bitten him because she was in such pain.

If she really had, that would have confird the accusation of being a people-eater.
She definitely must be more careful in the future.

Su Ge felt so angered that she put the ointnt down and got off the bed.

She had simply wanted to co over and check on him last night.

She had co over fully covered up, with no intention of tempting him.

One hand clutching his chest, the other swiftly pulled open the drawer of the bedside table, and took out several boxes of dication.
