The guard frowned, "They’ve all admitted that they were intentionally sent by you to scare Kong Xue. Are you still trying to argue?"

"I have no grudges against Kong Xue. Why would I hire soone to scare her?" Su Ge calmly responded.

"Are you not afraid that Kong Xue’s final grades will be better than yours, so you intentionally found soone to intimidate her?"

Even the personnel at the police office were clear about the recent stories circulating the school.

These students, really, for such a so-called ’student goddess’ reputation, doing things to harm their classmates, seems all the years of studies were for naught.

"Is that what they said?" Su Ge scoffed coldly.

So this was Kong Xue’s trick against her, for fear that her final grades would be better than hers.

"Kong Xue is inherently timid. The death of her grandmother at ho has already directly affected her last examination results. You knew her weak point, and that’s why you deliberately had soone scare her, hoping to cause her to perform poorly in the final exams as well, right?"

Listening to the guard’s words, Su Ge’s smile grew colder.

Finally, she could be sure of one thing.

Kong Xue knew she couldn’t beat her in the final exam, so she deliberately frad and set her up. If Kong Xue ended up performing poorly in the exam, everyone would bla her, Su Ge.

And Su Ge, whose reputation at the dical University had always been subject to suspicion, would likely be directly expelled from dical University if she couldn’t clarify this matter.

"Those are only their side of the story, would you like to hear what I have to say?" Su Ge asked lightly.

"I advise you not to bother making excuses," the guard said, looking at Su Ge’s composed and calm deanor, then thinking of Kong Xue’s tearful and distraught state, not intending to believe Su Ge at all.

"Alright then, may I have a few words with them?"

A glint flashed in Su Ge’s eyes.

"What do you want to talk about?" The guard looked at her skeptically.

"Just a sentence with each person, nothing more. It won’t take much of your ti. Is that okay?"

The guards exchanged glances and finally, one of them nodded.

Su Ge left the interrogation room. Kong Xue sat outside on a chair, still sobbing quietly.

The hooligans stood against the wall, probably inexperienced newcors, each too frightened to even let out a breath.

Su Ge first approached Kong Xue.

Kong Xue kept her head down, and as she saw Su Ge’s shoes slowly co into view, her heart flinched, but she quickly cald herself and continued to quietly wipe her tears.

"Kong Xue, I’ve suddenly realized sothing. Your poor performance in the recent exam must have sothing to do with the change of the Director of Academic Affairs, right?"

As soon as Su Ge finished speaking, she clearly saw the action of Kong Xue wiping her tears stiffen.

With a faint curve of her lips, Su Ge turned and walked towards the hooligans standing against the wall, "How much did Kong Xue pay you? I’ll give you ten tis more!"

The hooligans’ eyes widened almost instantaneously, holding their breath.

Ten tis?

Having said that, Su Ge walked straight back into the interrogation room.

Upon entering, those in the interrogation room glanced at the ti; it had been exactly two minutes.

Truly just a sentence per person.

Su Ge sat down and said, "I’ve been slandered. Those people were not brought by , but by Kong Xue. The reason she brought them is exactly as you guessed: out of worry about the final grades.

Kong Xue’s subpar performance in the last exam was not due to the death of her grandmother; it was because the Director of Academic Affairs, Director Wang, was suddenly removed, and no one helped her alter her grades, resulting in her achieving her actual grade for once.

Knowing full well she could not score better than in the final exam, she wanted to use this trick to get punished by the school. Then during the finals, she would again have a so-called reason to perform poorly."
