Chapter 266: Chapter 266: Seems a Bit Cold

The man was obviously dazed for a mont.

The little woman’s delicate and cute face was right before him, eagerly waiting for his forgiveness.

Cough…

Just like that, it’s all settled?

This woman, can’t she be a little more sincere in her attitude?

A gust of mountain wind blew by, and the little woman suddenly hugged her arms.

A glimr of light flashed in her eyes as she seized the mont and said to the man, “Yihan…it seems a bit cold.”

“Only now you realize it’s cold?”

The man glared at her.

Just now while catching fish, she was so brave, seemingly oblivious to the cold, wasn’t she?

She couldn’t be held back, and it really infuriated him.

Su Ge quickly nodded her head vigorously, standing soaked all over in the water, indeed quite cold.

And it was not just a superficial cold, it felt like this chill was seeping into her heart.

Without saying anything further, the man imdiately picked her up and strode towards the shore.

In his arms, the girl looked at his handso chin line and felt blissful inside her heart.

Since he was willing to carry her ashore, it ant that, in his heart, he was probably not angry anymore, right?

Her Yihan was really easy to appease.

No sooner had she been carried ashore than a cool breeze blew her way, and Su Ge’s face changed as she opened her mouth.

“Ah…Achoo…”

The man promptly turned his face away, but his cheek still got sprayed with saliva.

Su Ge’s eyes widened as she looked at the man whose aura suddenly turned much colder.

Well, she really didn’t do it on purpose…

This kind of thing…

Su Ge suddenly opened her mouth wide again, but this ti the man reacted very swiftly. Before Su Ge could sneeze three tis in a row, he quickly put her down.

Then he took off his coat and draped it over the young girl.

Su Ge was carried back by Chu Yihan, sneezing all the way.

After returning ho, she began to develop a fever; one could say she caught a severe cold.

Luckily, she was a dical student. After vaguely instructing the servants a few words, she went to bed.

Later, it seed like Chu Yihan woke her to take her dicine, even feeding it to her himself.

She vaguely rembered that when Chu Yihan fed her the dicine, his face seed to be sared with a lot of black stuff. She was a bit delirious with the fever at the ti and dared to point at Chu Yihan’s face and mock him without restraint.

The next day she slept until almost evening before getting up.

Fortunately, the fever had subsided.

Chu Yihan was not in the room, and after Su Ge touched her head and got up from bed, her head ached a bit from sleeping too much. She took a mont to ease it, then put on slippers and went outside.

“Where’s Fourth Master?”

As soon as Su Ge stepped out the door, she saw two maids but no sign of Chu Yihan.

“Lady, why have you co out? Your illness hasn’t healed yet. Fourth Master is in the kitchen brewing dicine for you.”

The kitchen, upon hearing this, Su Ge imdiately rushed to the kitchen.

The aloof man sat in front of an old-fashioned dicine stove, wearing a white shirt and holding a small fan made of palm leaves, gently fanning the flas.

From the back, he looked quite the part. Su Ge tiptoed over, about to give the man a startle, when his cold voice suddenly sounded, “Who allowed you out when you’re still sick?”

“Uh…” Su Ge instantly sat obediently to one side, “My fever has gone down, and I’m almost fully recovered.”

The man seed too lazy to bother with her, his lips tightly pressed as he continued to fan the fire.

After a mont’s thought, Su Ge moved a small chair and slowly inched closer to him.

“We have to go back early tomorrow…”

The man turned his head, and suddenly the girl’s magnified face appeared right in front of him.

Su Ge didn’t expect him to turn around so abruptly. But as soon as she saw his face clearly, she couldn’t help but “pfft” a laugh, then quickly covered her mouth.
