The officer in charge of negotiations trembled all over, almost dropping the gaphone in his hand.

He felt as if Ronan’s words were spoken right next to his ear, causing him to instinctively step back two paces.

His face instantly flushed red!

Ronan’s response was like a heavy slap across this officer’s face.

Suffused with sha and anger, he roared, "Open fire!"

The next mont, gunfire erupted!

In fact, this officer was responsible for negotiation, given that there were still many "hostages" inside the Departnt of Internal Affairs.

He didn’t have the authority to command combat.

However, outside the headquarters of the Departnt of Internal Affairs had gathered a large number of Garrison Army soldiers, and they received orders to deal with a ferocious and dangerous criminal, so they had long since aid their weapons at Ronan.

Upon hearing the words "open fire," they instinctively squeezed the trigger.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

In an instant, countless bullets rained down on Ronan, the density of fire as fierce as a true war.

Handguns, rifles, shotguns, and even "high-tech" water-cooled machine guns!

Under such a fierce assault, not even an ironman would escape being turned into scraps.

But with a single raised hand, Ronan suspended all incoming bullets in the air before him!

Not a single bullet could penetrate the Spiritual Barrier.

The intense gunfire quickly turned sparse, and those soldiers who emptied their magazines without any success were dumbfounded.

As elite Garrison Army warriors who protected the capital, they were certainly aware of the capabilities of Transcendents.

Yet no Transcendent had ever brought such a profound shock as this.

The scene before them was like a miracle!

Realizing that firearms were entirely ineffective, no one wasted any more bullets, and the atmosphere at the scene grew strange.

When the last soldier put down his weapon, Ronan closed his outstretched hand, causing the thousands of suspended bullets in front of him to gather into a dense mass.

Molded by an invisible force into a massive copper ball!

Ronan released his grip, and the heavy tal ball dropped suddenly, leaving a pit in the hard ground.

As if hamring into the hearts of all witnesses.

In their hearts, an emotion called "awe" started to grow wildly.

But a few faces turned pale, and so even retreated quietly.

"My ti and patience are limited."

Ronan said lightly, "You have two hours to decide who will take responsibility and co in to talk to . If there’s a next ti, don’t bla for being rciless."

Unlike the people in the Departnt of Internal Affairs, these soldiers of the Garrison Army were acting under orders, so Ronan tolerated them once.

Otherwise, if he decided to counterattack, killing everyone present would be no problem at all.

The power of Spiritual Energy at the peak of the Seventh Ring is enough to sweep across the entire Seles!

And the reason Ronan was willing to negotiate was that he had already successfully acquired the world’s source from the Bloodmoon Realm and had forged the Ring of the Blood Moon, so he had no intention of creating terror in a world that would highly likely belong to him.

A stable dinsional world is more conducive to Ronan’s future managent.

After speaking, he retreated back into the hall.

Ronan sat down on the sofa in the lounge area and then said, "You don’t need to hide anymore, make a cup of coffee."

He directed his words toward the reception desk in front.

After a mont, a receptionist timidly crawled out from the desk.

A pretty young lady, unfortunately, her face was tear-streaked and full of panic, her eyes still showing traces of fear and helplessness.

With trembling legs, she inquired, "S-sir, what would y-you like, coffee?"

"Anything is fine."

Ronan replied softly, "Just make your favorite. You don’t need to be afraid; I won’t harm you."

Though there are no good people in the Departnt of Internal Affairs, soone like this receptionist should be categorized differently, and shouldn’t be generalized.

"Yes."

The receptionist steadied herself and hurried to the breakroom to make the coffee.

In fact, she could have run away earlier, but she missed her chance and hid behind the counter when the alarm went off, ending up being caught by Ronan.

But this receptionist could sense that Ronan bore no malice toward her.

Therefore, she started to let her guard down gradually.

As Ronan was enjoying coffee in the hall of the Departnt of Internal Affairs, only two kiloters away in the Pri Minister’s residence, an ergency Cabinet eting was in progress.

Presiding over this eting was Charles Downton, the Pri Minister of Invia.

This Pri Minister was already aged, with a face full of wrinkles and hair turned white, his eyes showing irrepressible fatigue and anger, his voice growing hoarse.

"Everyone, let’s discuss, how should we handle Mr. Ronan Raymond?"

This year marked the end of Charles Downton’s last term, with just two months before his retirent; he never imagined encountering such a thorny problem before stepping down.

This Pri Minister was very clear that if this issue were not handled properly, it could cause great turmoil in the capital.

It would stain the illustrious career he built over the decades!

"I believe we must not negotiate with such a murderous fiend!"

A middle-aged man in a general’s uniform stood up, speaking in a deep voice: "He just committed a brutal massacre inside the Departnt of Internal Affairs. This is a great provocation to our kingdom."

"This is war!"

"Therefore, my suggestion is to concentrate our most elite force to kill him, even if it requires paying a price, it’s necessary!"

His resolute words echoed in the Council Hall, filled with determination.

The Cabinet mbers looked at each other, and one of them coughed and asked, "General Andre, I appreciate your determination and courage, but have you considered the consequence of failing to kill him?"

"Once he breaks out of the siege and starts to kill at will in Seles, how much will we have to pay?"

To such questioning, General Andre paused, clenched his fist, and said, "The kingdom’s army is the strongest, and I believe they can protect the safety of the people of Seles!"

Although his rallying cry was bold, the old foxes present could detect a hint of insecurity in his words.

At this mont, another Cabinet official adjusted his glasses on his nose and said, "Based on current intelligence, it’s assud that Ronan Raymond’s strength is at least of the fifth tier, and possibly the sixth or even higher."

What a load of nonsense!

Quite a few Cabinet officials couldn’t help rolling their eyes.

Ronan Raymond had first been captured and brought into the Departnt of Internal Affairs, then during the interrogation, he suddenly rebelled, killing wantonly in the kingdom’s most crucial power institution, with indisputable strength.

The extraordinary powers he displayed outside the departnt’s doors filled those seated here with significant apprehension!
