But Seles, as the capital of the Kingdom of Invia, has always had sky-high real estate prices, especially in several core areas, where space is truly valuable, and good houses are always in short supply.
Ronan still found a suitable property through Gustav Rein’s connections.
This is a real villa!
This villa is located in the heart of the Eastern City District of Seles. The Eastern City District is one of the upper districts among the seven districts, a gathering area for the noble, where without Gustav Rein’s endorsent, Ronan wouldn’t even qualify to purchase property there.
Both the environnt and facilities in the Eastern City District are first-class, with excellent security and nurous historical landmarks.
The villa Ronan set his eyes on is adjacent to Central Park, with impeccable greenery surrounding it, and there’s a bustling comrcial street and a noble school nearby.
Although the villa isn’t very large, with a three-story house and a two-hundred-square-ter lawn and garden, it’s enough for a family of three or five to live comfortably.
Delores was shocked after seeing it: “How much would this villa cost in gold pounds?”
Even in her dreams, she never dread she could live in such a house.
Ronan laughed: “That’s not the issue; the issue is, do you like it?”
Delores covered her face: “I love it!”
How could she not love it!
“As long as you like it.”
Ronan told the villa’s accompanying manager, “Please notify the owner of your house, we can handle the paperwork today.”
The hoowner is a businessman with a viscount title who recently had a failed stock speculation and incurred a large debt, so he had to sell off assets to alleviate his plight.
Due to the substantial connection between the creditor and the Rein family, Ronan was able to snatch it up.
Otherwise, under normal circumstances, this villa would have gone to the market for auction.
After emptying most of his savings, Ronan successfully bought this villa.
Although he already owns property in Seles, the value of the Old Port District house cannot compare with this one at all.
This villa can be passed down through generations, as a legacy of a family.
Since the villa cos fully equipped with facilities and furniture, Ronan moved into the new ho with Delores and Janice the day after completing the transaction.
Janice was very happy about it; her favorite black one now has a place to play.
She herself was also transferred by Ronan to a nearby noble school to study.
After arranging these matters, Ronan went to the Old Port District to take office, starting his internship as a deputy police chief.
