With the announcent of the competition committee, a balloon marked with "FIRST-PROBLEM-SOLVED" rose behind the area where the three players of the Imperial Polytechnic University team were located.
This is the honor of the team that solves each problem first.
Upon hearing that it was Imperial Polytechnic University, Huang Youjie was slightly disappointed. He thought it might be Bin and his team who had solved [Problem B].

The remaining thirty or so universities are currently divided into two tiers. The first tier includes powerhouse schools such as St. Petersburg State University, Imperial Polytechnic University, California Institute of Technology, University of California, Berkeley, Haicheng University of Transportation, and so on.
Of course, Ding Yue’s Mist City Arts and Science University is also in the first tier. Moreover, the results of the two problems after the completion are currently at the forefront of the first tier.

The teams from the universities with poor performance were stumped by [Problem C], like a difficult hurdle.
Through this question, a clear distinction erged between the participating teams with strong computer skills and the ones with poor skills.
When faced with this question, the teams from the universities in the first-tier showed no signs of difficulty, they were all calmly solving this program.
With the strong support of his two teammates, Xu Bin found coding almost like a fish in water.
This problem indeed poses a great difficulty, but for a computer genius like Xu Bin, the difficulty is only that the process of writing the program is slightly more complex, it is not an unsolvable programming problem.
