Since Principal Ding’s friend, who is an original music creator, created the the song for "Super Combat Team", the animation studio wouldn’t need to bother with making a the song.
Keep in mind, Principal Ding’s friend who writes original music is pretty amazing. Apparently he composed the three songs for Lin Zhirou, a student in the Art Departnt at Mist City Arts and Science University.
The song "Confession Balloon" has already beco popular.
The second song, "Fragrance of Rice", is about to be released during the sumr vacation, and Lin Zhirou’s popularity is soaring, making her a rising star in the pop music scene.
"Alright, I’ll take ’Immortals’ to the Music Departnt students in the School of Arts and find a singer to record it," Ding Yue said, and took back the lyric and sheet music script he previously handed to Xu Jiuge. He was preparing to pay a visit to the Art Departnt.
There is more than just Lin Zhirou in the Music Departnt.
Several other teachers are good too. They can arrange music, do post-editing, and basically handle everything necessary for the production-side of the music.
But the problem is...
Who should sing "Immortals"?
Lin Zhirou from the Music Departnt? Very clearly, that’s not possible since "Immortals" isn’t suitable for a female voice. It needs a strong and clear male voice; otherwise, it wouldn’t give off the thrilling and electrifying feeling the song is known for.
So Ding Yue planned to go to the Art Departnt to see if there were any suitable candidates in the Music Departnt.
If they didn’t have anyone suitable, they would have to find soone from the pop music world.
And that ans spending money.

Director Jiang Xiuli’s suggestion seems great.
Besides, Ding Yue really didn’t want to find an outside singer for the song "Immortals". Why not give the opportunity to the music major students from his own school?
If the song becos popular by chance, it would be great news for Mist City Arts and Science University!

"I’ve co to find out if there’s anyone suitable to sing the the song for the animated movie ’Super Combat Team’ that Feiyue Animation Studio is producing," replied Ding Yue.
"The the song? Principal Ding, could I have a try?" asked Lin Zhirou, seemingly eager to give it a try.
