One option is to receive cash compensation.

The second option is to construct a New Gao Village, where every household can exchange their house for a villa, and the location of New Gao Village is quite good, with convenient transportation, not far from the new district of City X, just a subway stop away.
This second relocation compensation plan also fascinates many villagers, even more than the first option, as they get a villa directly, with excellent transportation, environnt, and facilities, and everyone can still live in the sa Gao Village community.
This ans that if everyone chooses cash compensation, then once Gao Village is demolished, it will no longer exist, and villagers will receive cash and buy houses in the city, scattering across various parts of the city.
However.
Gao Village has a strong sense of cohesion; villagers believe in loving each other like family, and their inclination is more towards the second compensation plan.
Gao Village cannot "disappear."
Even if the current Gao Village has to relocate, the new Gao Village will be built, and everyone will still live together, in villas, in the New Gao Village community.
