In the research base center, a professor from the School of Environnt was introducing Alphat from the Pharaoh Kingdom to the black technologies related to desert environnt improvent, such as soil enhancent technologies.

"Oh my god, Principal Ding, your Mist City Arts and Science University’s research in environntal studies is simply incredible."
Alphat remarked with admiration.
"With various environntal improvents, I believe New Cairo City will be full of vitality in the future. This is a new breed developed with the genes of poplar trees, which we call [Desert No.1]. This tree species planted in desert environnts is extrely drought-resistant, has a strong survival capability, and can grow large patches of green leaves."
Ding Yue further introduced to Alphat a new species cultivated by the Mist City Arts and Science University’s botany departnt, based on poplar, through appropriate technologies, yielding "Desert No.1" which is more drought-resistant and has much stronger growth capabilities than poplar.
"That’s wonderful!"
Alphat looked at the green plant growing in the sand in front of him, eyes full of hopeful light.
"In addition to Desert No.1, there are many other new species cultivated based on drought-resistant plants, which can be used in your New Cairo City’s greening and landscaping."
Ding Yue continued smilingly speaking to Alphat: "After the canalization project, New Cairo City maintaining oasis city status year-round is basically not a problem."
"If it can really be achieved, then I think we have no reason not to ask you to help us build New Cairo City for the Pharaoh."
Alphat’s words showed he was already quite satisfied.
"Do you have any works in the field of architecture?"

After touring Mist City Arts and Science University’s research base center, Alphat confird that the scientific technologies in environntal studies and botany ntioned by Principal Ding were indeed real, so now he only needed to confirm whether Feiyue Construction Company had the capacity to build a modern tropolis so that he could consider using Feiyue Construction Company to construct New Cairo City for the Pharaoh Kingdom.
"Perhaps internationally, our Feiyue Construction Company doesn’t have any significant architectural works, but Alphat, this very Mist City Arts and Science University campus you are in was built by our Feiyue Construction Company."
Ding Yue calmly stated.
Even though without national-level architectural works, this Mist City Arts and Science University campus is already enough.

When Alphat first saw the Mist City Arts and Science University campus, he felt it was brilliantly constructed. Not to ntion the perfect coordination between greenery and architecture, there are many buildings that are eye-catching, especially the Book Ship Library seen right upon entering the campus.
From the architecture of this campus, the solid strength of Feiyue Construction Company is clearly evident.
Having architectural prowess and being able to implent the "Oasis City Plan," for Alphat, is simply perfect. No international large construction company can compare with Feiyue Construction Company’s planning proposal for New Cairo City.
"OK, Principal Ding, please have your Feiyue Construction Company provide our committee with so docunts to verify your construction capabilities, also, if the proposal for the Oasis City Plan could be more detailed, it would be even better."
Alphat expressed his anticipation.
Seeing Alphat speak this way, Ding Yue couldn’t help but smile.

Alphat’s words indicate he’s already ntally decided that the construction of New Cairo City should be given to his Feiyue Construction Company unless any construction company during the second public bidding session can surpass Feiyue Construction Company’s "Oasis City Plan," otherwise, no one can alter Alphat’s current thoughts.

Alphat then continued to exchange views with the other committee mbers present.

After completing the tour of Mist City Arts and Science University’s research base center and confirming that the university truly possesses the technological capabilities to transform desert environnts, Alphat and the committee mbers paid a serious visit to Mist City Arts and Science University’s campus.
Except for part of the old campus built previously, all other buildings were erected a few years ago, and the construction was completed by the current Feiyue Construction Company.
