For instance, on the matter of the campus expansion, after Chen Ping reported to Principal Ding the impossibility of expanding the campus, Ding Yue understood that it seed expanding the current campus was quite unrealistic.

For a mont, heads of various departnts and leaders of each section discussed fervently whether to build a new campus in a county or within Mist City’s urban area.
Being able to express their own opinions and put forward suggestions for the establishnt of Mist City Arts and Science University’s new campus was a good thing.
Ding Yue watched everyone heatedly debate without intervening, instead taking all of their opinions to heart.
"It seems that the current debate is whether to choose a county or an urban area for the new campus. Director Chen, do you have anything to say?"

The county is further away from the main campus, and it would indeed be difficult to decide which departnts should move there. Moreover, if students also had to move there, it would likely lead to dissatisfaction and grievances.
All these factors had to be considered.
After all, the current campus of Mist City Arts and Science University is so excellent, who would be willing to leave it for a new campus in a different county?

Who could easily give up all of that?
Therefore, the best solution would be to establish a new campus not far from the current main campus of Mist City Arts and Science University, thereby directly resolving all these issues faced when choosing a location in the county.
But the problem is, where can we find an available plot of land close to the main campus of Mist City Arts and Science University to build a new campus?

After hearing Director Chen Ping’s comnts, everyone nodded in agreent, believing he was correct; finding a plot of land to build a new campus as large as the current one within Mist City’s urban area was virtually impossible.
"Well, that complicates things."
Huang Youjie spoke up, saying, "Choosing the county creates a challenge in balancing interests as the distance is too far, and nobody is willing to go there, and if we choose the urban area, we simply can’t find the land."

At this mont, Director Chen Ping took out his phone, then projected a screenshot of a map onto the screen: "Principal Ding, this is the land situation of our University Town area. Over here, is the University Town region, which is basically fully developed.
