Chapter 403: Chapter 159: The On of a Rift

The chanic remained silent.

Gao Gong didn’t mind, condensing Emperor’s Might into beams of super detection lights. Wherever the lights shone, all chanical systems failed, and those elusive, endless chanical Eyeliners disappeared.

The players on the great escape mission quickly realized this was a safe passage.

"The true Light of the Savior!"

"Damn, there’s a bug!"

"Bullshit, it’s clearly system balance. Damn it, I’m exhausted from fixing my legs! This broken piece of tal!"

"Who asked you to insist on fighting an Elite Monster? You should’ve run off with that group of Advanced NPCs long ago."

"Damn it, you agreed too. We haven’t battled monsters for nearly three days. My sword’s been itching for action."

"Fight, fight, fight! Once we reach Cri City, you can hunt to your heart’s content!"

The lights flashed repeatedly. The players who hadn’t run yet or had tried but failed to escape completely were frantically fleeing this so-called absolute safety zone—so driving, others taking the ’11 bus’ on foot.

The chanic finally reacted.

Gao Gong’s vision blurred montarily, as if a gigantic virtual lady had appeared on the horizon.

The lady looked at him coldly and opened her palm, seemingly covering half of the sky.

Gao Gong’s ears were roaring, as if a massive wave surged through them. His throat felt like foreign objects were trying to escape, and various bizarre illusions appeared before his eyes.

This was pure data-level interference disturbing reality, reversing the destruction of neural signals with sensory data, leading to physical collapse.

This was a confrontation on the information level.

And naturally, Gao Gong was well-prepared.

The next mont, a raging sea of fire and a serene sea of stars appeared simultaneously. The information energies of both sides reached the limit of a Level 2 Civilization, cooperating while also contending with each other, with starlight and firelight soaring upwards to brace against the gigantic palm.

Lines of code crashed and fell away.

Avalanche-like streams of consciousness surged down, unstoppable.

Two Level 60 virtual lives were opposing a Level 70 chanical Main Brain.

Little greenhorns like Gao Gong could only shiver in fear, finding warmth only in the embrace of a rich lady.

He was like the little match girl, no, actually a boy selling underwear, hoping so kind-hearted person would purchase his used goods.

"We’re all civilized people, no need to fight. chanic, I’m here to negotiate," Gao Gong said weakly.

He suddenly realized, this new chanic had a hard head, unlike the old one, which was more communicative.

’Luckily, my sneaky self had prepared a second plan.’

Gao Gong sneered coldly and changed his tone, saying,

"Two masters, could you lend

a bit of your power? I have sothing to do."

"Hmph!"

"Sure, big brother!"

Two massive flows of information energy rushed into Gao Gong’s body, as if in competition. Paradise Bird and Gao Yuanyuan were pouring data into Gao Gong desperately, as if the information was dense enough to beco liquid.

Thankfully, as an old hand, Gao Gong could handle such minor troubles. His body spun like a gyroscope, and all faces of the little black box suddenly opened simultaneously.

And Gao Gong disappeared at the sa ti.

Simultaneously, a strange look appeared on the chanic’s face, as if a peculiar code had entered its system.

Just like Brother Monkey’s classic phrase, "Sister-in-law, I’m coming out"; now, Gao Gong, like Brother Monkey, had entered the chanic’s body, but not in the sa way.

Though the tools they used were different, the nature was the sa.

Gao Gong wasn’t just replicating the chanic’s source code to complete the mission.

Inside the chanic, which was naturally the hub of all Nightless City’s networks, layer upon layer of data rainbow light overlapped, colorful and covering the entire horizon.

Each data rainbow light was a data processing system.

’So many processing systems.’

Gao Gong took a deep breath, borrowing the power of the two apprentice rich ladies, once again converting into ’Quantum Entanglent State,’ and began shuttling through the data rainbow lights. At the sa ti, the ’Unmanned’ activated, turning each rainbow light into various data pipelines, data processors, and databases. So belonged to Nightless City’s enterprise systems, others to Mother City’s subsystems. So even to underground networks.

Theoretically, ’Chapai’ could appear in any system.

Gao Gong exhaled, closed his eyes, and began restructuring the sensory signals. The next mont, an illusionary world erged.

It was a world consisting of accounts and ledgers.

"Open the gate with bits, close it with bytes. Watch

drown you in little tadpoles!"

The next mont, countless accounts hacked into various systems, and the gates opened and shut, spewing out countless private domain accounts.

"Huh?"

Gao Gong’s thoughts moved, and his Quantum Entanglent State form appeared instantly in a data swamp, filled with gibberish, remnants of registration machines, fragnted viruses, and parts of a Cyber Killer’s body.

’Is this—a certain underground market?’

These types of underground markets could be set up by a few hackers or perhaps serve as an underground trading system for enterprise networks.

But no matter which it was, it still fell within the chanic’s monitoring range.

That wasn’t the priority; the focus was that Gao Gong sensed a familiar aura here.

The aura of Mother of Data, Eliza.

And the aura of Gox.

The two auras were intertwined, living and dead alike, hovering between normal system function and Downti, incredibly profound.

’Is Eliza close to resurrection?’

’Since that’s the case, I might as well lend you both a hand.’
